By far, one of the nicest Wendy's our family has been too! The restaurant and restrooms were spotless, the staff were friendly and kind, and the food hot & fast! Chelsea was the GM on shift, and the team was so helpful! I had a gift card loaded on my app, and they were so helpful getting it to work for our order.

There where 3 of us at the counter waiting for our food and the employees looked like they where in circus. We stood there for 25 minutes before we got our food. We order about $20 worth of stuff for all three of us. And it took 25 minutes crazy!

Just went to their drive through, payed 50 cents for a barbecue sauce, opened my bag and guess what? NO BARBECUE SAUCE. ALSO, I got no straw???? Other than that the food was good

This is the worst place in Norfolk,NE for customer service. Younger girl at the window was not friendly seemed to be in a bad mood also slammed the window after handing us our food. Will definitely not be getting food from here again

Went through Drive thru wanted garlic parmeson nuggets they didn't have garlic parmeson ones. So we ordered Dave's doubles and a Dave's single. Our sandwiches had 2 Little pieces of lettuce a tiny piece of onion and a small piece of tomatoe. If i could show a picture of the sandwich I would. I usually let it go but everytime we go there our order is either wrong or they forget something. I call and they do nothing. Other than I'm sorry. I spent 30 dollars everytime and can never get it right. I am so done with norfolk nebraska Wendy's.

Whenever we are going to have breakfast in the morning, the person who is attending in the Drive thru is not friendly, does not say good morning, and gives the order reluctantly. Another thing that happens is that when we go for the Drive thru they do not pay attention when it is ordering, this happens both in the morning and in the night shift, when picking up the order they give you the wrong order, sometimes they give you something that you did not ask for, or in the children's menu kit a bag they give it to you without all the product and the other bag they throw what was missing from the first bag then it is a fight in the car with the children. My family and I like the food there but we don't even feel like going for the drive thru workers

The fries were hot off the frier so that was nice! The chicken wrap, on the other hand, was extremely small and not worth the $$ I paid. I went through the drive through.
