My wife and I will be having at least one meal here Everytime we come back with the semi. The food and customer service is very good. My wife is not one to eat out because if she can cook better at home it's not worth our money to dine out. But she also says that it's wonderful to eat somewhere where the cooking tastes as home made as possible.
Lifesaver. I am on a cross country bicycle ride. This morning I bonked from not eating much. The food was good and the service great. Brought me back to life and I rode another 35 miles.
This is a little local restaurant with someone’s dining room furniture to augment the typical chairs and tables. My Reuben was extraordinary...a thick slice of corned beef that melted in my mouth with just a bit of sauerkraut on delicious rye bread. The others in my party had the salad bar and one had the special shells and ground beef that they called goulash. Service was quick and helpful. It was fun watching the local retirees playing cards at a near by table.
