Steve the gravy was well not gravy it was literally like soup diarrhea.. Steve way to save the day I’m hungry and I’m wanting to go to Dairy Queen to get a chicken strip basket and I wanted some gravy with the chicken I order a whole cup ( small cup) and to my surprise it was bubbly and looked like shaken up milk I threw it away in your trash and it had more recoil then ice spice… I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS MOMENT I HAVE NIGHTMARES FROM STEVES GRAVY…

Absolutely no excuse for serving a chili dog like this! So gross and obviously inedible! Never again will I go to a DQ! Disgusting!!!

The food is always so good at DQ, I don't have any complaints about the food. The people on the other hand? I do have complaints about. I always go through the drivethrough, but this one time I go inside to buy an ice cream cake, it was horrible.

It was around 5:18 PM when I first walked in the building, I was the only customer inside. I smiled at some of the employees working there, trying to be friendly. Everyone that was upfront looked like they were dead inside and/or wanted to die.

I got my ice cream cake and put it on the right counter since there were two employees up there. I made eye contact with them and gave them a smile. One of the employees clocked out and I was waiting for a few seconds, just staring at them, waiting for the one up front (who didn't clock out) to ring me up. Two more customers walked in and walked up to the registers on the left. The employee who was there, started to ring them up instead. I was absolutely livid. I wished the employee who I made eye contact with and smiled at, would have used his voice and told me that he could help me on the other register instead of just completely ignoring me! Then after two more customers walked in, I picked up my ice cream cake and placed it at the correct register.

A different employee rung me up, I don't know his name, but he was absolutely amazing. He smiled, made eye contact and looked like he actually wanted to work there. He had amazing customer service.

I ordered a small ice cream cone along with my ice cream cake, the nice employee, told me it would be out soon. I stood towards the side, waiting patiently for my ice cream cone.

The employee who made my ice cream cone, instead of vocalizing and saying my order was done, he just stood and stared at me. I walked over to see if it was my ice cream and it was, so I grabbed it and thanked him. Although, the ice cream cone got done super quickly, so that was nice.

The service that night overall was horrible. Their communication skills need improvement; by a lot. I found it funny when I got my reciept and it says, "Still hiring smiling faces!" Yet, nobody (except one) was smiling, lol. But yet again, I do applaud the young man in the red cap who smiled and was actually courteous and kind.

Had chicken strips, fish sandwich and of course, blizzards. (Forgot to take pics as we were so hungry!) Staff was friendly, food arrived quickly and was hot. Nice experience.

Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option is side salad.

Service isn't the best. Ordered a chili dog and chili was very old and nasty.

This place lives up to my expectations of Dairy Queen! Fast, cordial help and delicious food. The manager went "all out" for all of his customers.

Wow. Sent my daughter in to get a blizzard for herself and a chocolate shake for me. After a few minutes I went in to use the restroom. Quite the atmosphere. Smoke filled the kitchen and dining area. The young male staff seemed to think it was funny. As my daughter waited and I was walking out, a customer banged on the window asking, “ it’s been 20 min. How long will this take. “ The staff member crushes the lid when putting it on my shake. My daughter asked for a new lid, and to wipe up the ice cream spilled down the sides. They are “out” of lids. And he told her to grab a napkin around the corner. Surprise, surprise. I sucked up a piece of plastic through my straw. DQ, you owe me some stars back.
