I am very disappointed in this Arby’s location. I walked into order two number fives at 10 o’clock in the morning on March 17 of 2024. A gentleman had just ordered ahead of me and there were two cars in the drive-through. It took them over 20 minutes and still did not have my order ready. Two people that had ordered after I had received their food before I did, and everyone had cleared out of the drive-through. Four people working one lady cooking and three on their phones. I won’t go back again.

I came thru this drive thru on Sept 4th, 2023, the lady in the drive thru is the same one today, 10/7/23.Whe I ordered both times, I felt as though I was bothering her.I try to give people the benefit of the doubt yet, she must hate her job.She forgot what I asked for on my order.No horsey sauce on the 4th, & today I had to ask twice for the rest of my order. Including the sauce & napkins.I am a traveler that came to Ord for work. Everyone I talked to in Omaha, said Ord is nice & the people are too.Dissapointed!!I am heading out of town & this Arbys is the only drive thru.I will tell as many as I can, do not eat here.

i’m not scared of hell, i’ve eaten at arby’s. i can’t fathom the fact that people eat here and enjoy it. i’ve had the beef and cheddar and everything down the the chewy bun, the dreadful sugary cheddar sauce, the cold, dreary, gray meat that is simultaneously wet, dry, and oily. i fear the long term effects of eating here. don’t eat at arby’s, it’s not worth it.
