For fast food it is fresh, staff does an awesome job
Worst experience ever, we went in to get food to go and when we were ordering the guy was so rude not asking us if we wanted the meal or just the sandwich and not asking the normal things most people would ask working at a place like this. They messed up the order by putting no cheese on the sandwich, and while i’m saying thank you he proceeded to ignore me. Never eating there again!

Worst experience I have ever had, food was cold and nasty. There was hair on my fires, I did not get Aju with my French dip. The scum at the cash register was rude, stood there on his phone. Our food was done and instead of bringing it to us, he walked over and said your foods on the counter, who knows how long it had sat there. As we were eating he was spraying the trays and slamming them down on the counter. It’s 7:30 and all the chairs are on the tables also and not a single person eating inside besides my family and no one in the drive thru the entire time we were there. We will never return! Awful place!

All my food was cold. Not even warm. Asked for extra crispy fries, they were not extra crispy. Chicken in all the sliders and wraps were barely cooked, Mac n cheese bites barely cooked.
The food wasn't as good as I remember Arby's being, and the young lady was eating a chicken strip by the fryers when I came in. She continued eating it while helping me.
