If there was a zero star rating they earned it! I love fried chicken, even mediocre fried chicken. Their chicken was the worst I have ever experienced. It was neither krispy or krunchy!!! Soggy and stretchy would be more accurate. There was a complete lack of flavor as well!!! You couldn't pay me to try them again!!!

Every time I go here to place an order they say they don't want to make more chicken or side orders. It was 12:30pm when I went the other day and the lady said she's not making any more food, but when I called other locations they said they stop at 730pm. The workers are lazy.

Service was fast. Worker was friendly. However the food is not great. And I found a hair in the sandwich. Not at all impressed.

The first time I had a chicken sandwich from this place, I remember it was a hot day and after a long day's work I had me one. At first they asked me to wait for 5 minutes. Which I was a bit ticked about because I was reaching hangry status. But it was well worth the wait. When I got my sandwich, it surprised me with its crunch/chew ratio and the honey drizzle practically melted my face. I felt repaired and enlightened. I took my kids for the same sandwich a couple weeks later because I had built the hype. I was disappointed. My kids were accepting. The chicken tenders were soggy and the bread was sweaty with a meager amount of honey. I gave it a 3 stars for taste but lacking in consistency. Go for the sustenance not for the appetite.
