We waited 30 minutes for a table only to be told that their kitchen was closed two hours before closing
DONT host your events here! Last night we had my birthday party at the Glacial Till in Ashland, in the State Bank Room. Though the drinks are amazing, and some of thee best cider I have ever had, the service was beyond terrible. We paid over $300 for a 2 hour private room reservation, to be almost totally ignored by the staff. There was no wait service, checking in on our group, or even asking us how things were. They didnt even thank us for coming when we left!!
