Applebee's Grill + Bar

Not a big fan of the guy that greets/seats you in the front. 3 times we have came in with a toddler and were not offered a high chair/ booster seat or a kids menu. We ended up grabbing the high chair ourselves.

At the end of the meal, he basically comes and sits in your lap to grab the plates from the table before we were done. Happened each of the 3 times we have been there. He also hovers overs with an open mouth, kind of gross over my food.

My child had food on the table since she will throw the plates and he came and cleaned it up while she was still eating. Had he asked before cleaning, it would’ve been nice. He just comes over, doesn’t say a single thing, and does the things stated above.

Call me a hater if you want but I will be requesting he stays away from my table in future visits.

Server himself was nice and somewhat attentive. Not like he was ignoring us but more like he was over worked / had a lot of task to do.

Food took longer than usual to come out but again, it looks like they were short staffed.

If i was a tiger id say Theyreeeeee Greattttt but nevertheless i am just a man and the service was impeccable, shown to our seats immediately with no wait, drinks never going empty and our food came out audibly sizzling!! definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good time and an inexpensive dinner with amazing options for a date under 40$

Had great service. Food choices on the menu appeared more varied than on previous visits. The manager was helpful getting our coupon issue resolved. Forgot to take pictures as I was hungry. The boneless wings with hot honey were good, not too spicy. The grilled chicken with mashed potatoes was tasty.

We always go in to see Jeff the speedy bar tender in action. It's seriously impressive. Food is good, service is fast and friendly. Good for late night grabs.

We were greeted by a hostess that was shaking scared like a dog that showed us that they were out of half the food. Our waiter was dismissive and rushed us on the check even though they had 15 tables total in the restaurant. Half of the restaurant on a Saturday they didn't even bother taking the chairs down because they are lazy and know they won't get business. From top to bottom the Managers can't be bothered to order food or even children's cups correctly, hostess was a mess, and waiter a joke.

Everything about our experience at this Applebee's in Omaha was over the top. Devin, our server was absolutely wonderful and I'm not sure I spelled his name right? My wife and I had the two for 25 meal consisting of a side order of onion rings that we shared and we both got the Oriental chicken salads. I had grilled chicken. My wife had crispy chicken and they were both great and we even had half of our meal at least to take home and take-home containers.

Amazing staff, especially Jake Smith, who came out to personally make sure everything was perfect. Food was delicious. Clean and wonderful, cozy atmosphere.
