We stop here at times to get our Abelardo's fill lol. This is a great location with friendly staff. The portions are always plenty as well. Last time they forgot a couple things on our drive through order. We came back to let them know and, just as expected, they took care of us right away and corrected it with a smile. Love that kind of service. We. Will continue to use this location when we are in the area.

Gave 2 stars because up until they were really bad, they are really good! The food is always awesome I'll continue to eat there. Reasonably priced as well. Just obviously not very organized and prepared to do the business they advertise. You need people you can count on. They're simply not reliable. Can't imagine how they would be when they are owed money, but they suck bad when they have yours! MOD's (managers on duty) apparently have ZERO authority to do anything but make phone call after phone call when they drop the ball! Actually don't know how many calls were made, it's just what I was told. Anyway, stick to ordering inside or the drive thru! Calling ahead, even though they claim to prefer it, is again, VERY UNRELIABLE!

One of the many sports bars in the area. Rather loud, but hey, it's a sports bar; scads of TV screeens, uncomfortable seating for those (like me) with bad backs; outdoor eating area is right by a highway; few if any gluten-free selections. The burgers were good, as were the onion rings & sweet potato fries. The price was very reasonable for what we ordered. But we both asked for our burgers with pink in the middle (medium rare), a very standard request for me. Most places accommodate this. All the server said was, 'We will try.' ??? You'll 'try'? They came out well done. Unaccaptable. I pay the tab: I expect to get what I ordered. We were nice; we did not return the food. Neither will we return here. Customer service is not a priority. We will take our business to places where it is.

Food is amazing every time, However, service on 9-17-2023- around 10:30 am was uncomfortable and poor. After placing an order, for one egg and bacon burrito, we got a steak and egg burrito. We (three people in the car)repeated the order twice, which is fine ...mistakes happen, sometimes outside noise cause miscommunication. I get it, but when you mention the order is incorrect, you don't catch an attitude and try argue with the customer about what someone said or what you think heard.. you begin service recovery. She made us feel like a burden and killed the mood for was us after we had a pretty amazing morning. Who knows maybe she was short staff.. just not a good experience.

Ordered a meal through Uber Eats and half the order was missing. I called the restaurant to inquire about my meal but the phone was disconnected. Use caution when ordering from this restaurant.

I'll admit, I was skeptical of this place with it being a fast food Mexican spot. However, it didn't disappoint in the food flavor! We got the chicken enchiladas and supreme nachos, and the chicken was really good. You could tell they put time into making their chicken tender and flavorful, which can't be said for most fast food Mexican spots. Or even most Mexican spots for that matter. The nachos were tasty as well! They had a good mixture of cheese, meat and other ingredients. Service was subpar though. It didn't seem like the employees wanted to be there and didn't have a great customer service attitude.

This used to be our favorite restaurant. The steak was over cooked, not good flavor and real fatty. Ordered a pitcher of Jerssy Juice and there was so much ice in pitcher that we got 1 1/2 glasses out of it. I complained and waiter tried to make it right but was told by bartender that was the manager that they wouldn't make this right. Not good! Very disappointed!

When I first moved here a couple years ago from California, it took me a long time to find a good Mexican food restaurant that came close to back home, and I was happy when I found this Abelardos. However, I've noticed recently that the burritos are getting smaller, and smaller, and smaller. I used to have to hold it with two hands, now it's just slightly bigger than my thumb and index finger. I understand inflation and the cost of ingredients, but maybe just slightly increase the cost of the burritos, I'd happily pay a little more and have a satisfying than have it keep gradually shrinking over time for the same price :/

Have great Taco Tuesdays! Love their chicken tacos. Their hot sauce just needs more flavor instead of just hot peppers. Will go back.
5 visits, 0 times have I left with a correct order. Very nice people but very inconsistent. Food can be good but 1 TBSP of meat for the size of shell, I don't care what the special, taco Tuesday or not that's crazy. NOT with worth it. Plan to wait 30 + minutes on taco Tuesday Not, maybe longer, line goes out to 72nd street which creates a huge traffic jam and makes it impossible to pull out since you can only go right, then add wait time to your visit bc you're stuck back in the drive thru longer just trying to just leave the plaza

Let me just keep this short and sweet!! GO!!! Go here asap and eat!! This place never lets me down no matter what I order!!! Fast, fresh and sooo GOOD!!! The new menu items are bomb & a MUST try!! My boys get the taki burrito which seems to only be at this specific location however it's so good trust me, especially if you enjoy spicy! They have a new menu item called the Texas bowl, omg drool lol it's so good! I should have taken pics but we ate it to fast!!!

The birria plate was flavorful. The portion size was fair. The meat was tender and cut nicely. I only wished there was an option to have the taco already assembled and grilled. I would have paid an additional charge. Oh well. Still pretty good and the salsa bar was tasty.

I was so excited to find a local fast food Mexican place similar to my favorite place in Vegas, Roberto's. Sadly, the flavors were just not there. The carne asada burrito was full of hard fatty chunks. The salsa was less than impressive and the rolled taquitos were more taco shell than anything else which made eating them extremely sad. The shredded chicken taco was so greasy it reminded me of a taco you would get from a school lunch. It was absolutely disgusting. The best thing I tried was the guacamole but it is too expensive for the amount they give you. The staff is also mediocre. They dont great you and are cold at the window. They take your money and don't say much. You wait in line in the drive thru for a decent amount of time before they throw a bag at you and send you on your way. They didn't even read my order back to me the anxiety of them getting everything into the bag that sent me off with was high. The bag is tied shut as well so if you wanted to check it, it would be difficult and you'd then be holding up the line even more. There has to be a better system. Contact Roberto's and figure out how they can get flavors in their food!

Alexis was a fantastic! This was our first visit and Alexis made our visit an absolute home run! The service was top notch and the food was flawless! We will be back, as regulars.
