The wings were small like they were from a baby chick. I thought someone was playing a joke on me.

Ordered DoorDash and they forgot 4 out of 5 items. The wings were cold and half covered in sauce. DoorDash reviews show that this has been a theme over the last several months. Unacceptable in Shadow Lake.

I have been waiting to be seated for an hour. Sad
Got our drinks, ordered our food and that’s was all fine. My husband asked for another drink while ordering and our waitress, Madisen, said “Dont worry, I won’t let you guys go thirsty” Meanwhile we had to flag down 2 other waiters to get our drink and status of the rest of our food. While this was going on, our waitress stopped to talk at the table across from us 5 times and never turned around to look at us. My wrap came out before everyone’s order. Our cold fries came out before our food too. They didn’t bring out a side salad because “they had to go run and get more lettuce” but failed to tell us until we just told them to cancel it, as we were already done with our meal.

I am not typically a complainer but we ordered 50 boneless wings today to go and they were severely burnt. I don't mind some extra crispy but these wings were almost black. This is the third bad order in a row we received from this location. I passed the last two off because they were super busy, but sending food that looks like this out of the kitchen is unacceptable.

Food was cold, took too long and was only two tables in there, ordered appetizers and they came with meal not before meal, didn’t ask if we needed anything, every worker there were on their phones, overall was terrible

My wife and I have been coming to this location since it opened, but sad to say we will no longer be coming. We have had several bad experiences over the last couple years at this location. The most recent visit they refused to honor our points that we have been accruing after spending a ton of money here. The manager on duty did not offer a reason that made any sense and refused to take anything off the bill. She was trying to "act" friendly, but came off as very condescending and walked away from me before I was done voicing my opinion on the matter. We will take our business to other wing restaurants who actually care about their customers, because they clearly don't care about you here. Just really sad when we have spent so much of our hard earned money here for it to end this way.

Went in was trying to redeem a birthday reward the guy tried saying i needed so many points to earn and use rewards if he had just said order in app or online the reward will come come off at checkout would have made the situation easier and better because he didn't know what he was talking about at all what an idiot. Only figured that ordering part after tinkering online

Tonight i brought my family and the start was okay. Then we got our wings and then 15 minutes later, we got my sons cheeseburger meal. The fries i ordered on the side, were brought over to us 10 minutes after the cheeseburger was brought out. This also after we kept asking about the fries, my husbands beer wasnt brought out until 10 minutes after we had gotten our wings too. The server was extremely distracted and not at other tables.
I am extremely disappointed in the service we got tonight.
Otherwise the food was great!

We actually walked out of the Bellevue location and came to the Papillion and the amazing difference was noticeable right away. Staff was extremely helpful place was clean. Food came out Hot and delicious!

Disappointed to say the least. I ordered traditional wings to go but got sauceless boneless wings when I got home. My wife’s wrap had the wrong sauce. In fact, my wife’s wrap had the sauce I had ordered. As for sides, we asked for chips and salsa, no salsa in the bag. This is so common, my wife normally orders extra salsa in hopes of getting one order of salsa. Dipping sauce you ask? Barely a squirt of blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce. Also no carrots or celery even though was requested. You know what Buffalo Wild Wings CEO, enjoy my 30 bucks, last time I order here.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this was just abysmal. 4:15 PM Uber eats pickup order - 10 piece boneless, blue cheese and celery on the side.
The order was ready on time (4:38 on the dot), but that was the only positive. 50% of the tiny boneless “wings” (the half that wasn’t 99% breading) were so dry and overcooked they were inedible. To add insult to injury, they even forgot the blue cheese and celery. $15.83 after tax. Nearly $16… 16… I can’t describe the outrage. Never again.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would, me and my family went here for lunch and when we walked in it wasn’t busy, maybe 4 other tables in there. It took our server 10 minutes to even talk to us and was very unfriendly just said “what can I get you to drink” and it went downhill from there. After we put in our order we waited 45 minutes for it to come out and even then the server brought out the food and was still missing a whole order at my table, it didn’t come out till about 10 minutes later. The food came to us cold and way over cooked, let me remind you it was not busy it should not have taken an hour for food. To make it worse the server never came and checked on us or updated us about the kitchen being behind. She never once checked on us throughout our meals until the very end. She was very unfriendly and very rushed. After she dropped the check the manager came up to us and told us he wanted to take money off our bill, which was a nice gesture for sure but with the time we waited, the service we got, and the quality of the food the whole thing should have gotten taken care of not just $10. On top of that there was a table right across from us that wasn’t even talked to for 20 minutes!! They were all ignoring them I had to flag them down and they didn’t even seem to care. This place is poorly run, the service is terrible and I will not be returning. For sure was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever something needs to change here or they might as well close their doors, I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place.
