We had horrible chips so I went back in and got new chips. The second ones were worse than the first! My 11 year old can make better ones. The queso is also not good. Will not ever return.

Downloaded the app and got a free guacamole reward with a $5 minimum. Order a $30 meal and app kept saying it doesn’t meet the $5 minimum. Brought the app into store to show the employees what’s happening hoping to get the guacamole and the workers were very rude and said they won’t honor it.

The manager here chastised me for substituting extra rice for shells in a kids meal. I get that certain things cost more, but I didn't get an extra side because of it, I left a slot empty. Just wanted extra rice. The manager came out and saw it and told me it's not allowed so my other kid didn't get it... and you can imagine what happens when one kid gets something and the other doesn't. I always do this at multiple Chipotles and we eat at Chipotle 5-7 times per week. and no one has ever had a problem with it at the Gretna store, Stonybrook store, West center store, and stores in about three other states when we travel for sports. So I just don't feel like I'm in the wrong here, I feel like a small gesture for a customer that doesn't take more time and doesn't cost the store more money could be ignored and not called out. Define customer service.

My 14-year-old son and his father went into the restaurant to pick up a food order. While doing so, the employee working at the cash register targeted and harassed my son, falsely accusing him of vaping inside the store. My son does not vape and has never done so. Both he and his father calmly explained this multiple times, yet the employee continued pressing the accusation in an aggressive manner.

This interaction left both my son and his father feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It is our belief that my son was racially profiled, singled out because he is Latino and was wearing baggy pants, a Dodgers Jersey and a backwards cap. Instead of treating him with the same respect and courtesy afforded to other customers, this employee chose to make harmful assumptions about his character based solely on appearance.

No child, or customer of any age should have to endure racial profiling and public humiliation when simply picking up food!! I would avoid this location at all costs.

Been here many times never had an issue before. I always to wrap my own burrito just because often times employees have hard time wrapping them. New general manager changed a rule where im not allowed to do it anymore. Tried talking to her but she was very rude to me. It left me in a bad mood. Employees are fine the issue is with management being stingy.

When I asked for the spicy ranch to be added to my bowl, the worker put an ENTIRE LADEL full on the food. I even said “whoa” as it went on. Albeit, I did not ask for a new one right there- this is only my second ever trip to Chipotle- so I figured they knew something I didn’t. Nope. The food was ruined and I wasn’t going to leave to go back :( All I tasted was the ranch. Totally ruined the food for me. I was super bummed.

Aside from the person making my burrito bowl not being very friendly(could have been a bad day for her, hard to say) everything was great! This particular location has a different feel than most, they have a wall built with some speakers built into it and they play decent music, NOT elevator music

Ordered a double chicken rice bowl that came with about 10 grains of rice. Already expensive as hell on its own this is straight robbery. I've left more than 10 one star reviews on Chipotle locations throughout Omaha for ripping people off. Hate this company, your employees are trash
