When I asked for the spicy ranch to be added to my bowl, the worker put an ENTIRE LADEL full on the food. I even said “whoa” as it went on. Albeit, I did not ask for a new one right there- this is only my second ever trip to Chipotle- so I figured they knew something I didn’t. Nope. The food was ruined and I wasn’t going to leave to go back :( All I tasted was the ranch. Totally ruined the food for me. I was super bummed.

Aside from the person making my burrito bowl not being very friendly(could have been a bad day for her, hard to say) everything was great! This particular location has a different feel than most, they have a wall built with some speakers built into it and they play decent music, NOT elevator music

Ordered a double chicken rice bowl that came with about 10 grains of rice. Already expensive as hell on its own this is straight robbery. I've left more than 10 one star reviews on Chipotle locations throughout Omaha for ripping people off. Hate this company, your employees are trash

First time trying the newer chipotle and I’m so disappointed. I went in to order. Ordered double meat bowl. The meat was not even close to a double portion, I added queso, and it was a very small amount, they added a ton of lettuce, guacamole was a good portion, and layered the sour cream. Glad I didn’t order this as a pick up or delivery, meat portions would have been worse.

Most weeks my trip here is decent, but today it was not. I go in and there is maybe two people ahead of me. The I ask for two burritos to go. One steak and one with chicken. The steak one I asked for a little less rice than normal. I notice the chicken burrito was fine, but the steak had a very small portion of rice so I asked for a bit more. The lady had an attitude about it. Then I see the steak again was a small portion so I ask for double meat and he loads it on. Mind you if he had put on the correct portion, I wouldn’t have asked for double meat. I ask to speak to the manager so I could make her aware of the inconsistent portion sizes. Instead of her taking the feedback, she as well acted like she had an attitude and did nothing to remedy the situation. I paid my $30 for two burritos and nothing else and left. When I attempted to call the store once I got home to ask for the general managers information, the store hung up the phone. I had to file a complaint with their customer service and I let them know how terrible this place is. It’s clear they don’t care about customer service so I’m not sure why anyone who has had similar experiences would want to go back. We are better off supporting local places that would at the very least appreciate our hard earned dollars.

Racially profiled at this location. The manager refused to complete my daughters kids meal after I paid for my meal. Do not go here if your an African American. 50$ meal total waste.

Just did a pickup order consisting of 1 Honey Chipotle Burrito, 2 Large Guacamole, 2 chips and salsa, 2 chips and corn salsa. What I got was 1 Large Guacamole that wasn’t full. Second Large Guacamole($5.50) was NOT in the bag. All the small salsas, corn and tomato, were not full and they aren’t huge cups to begin with. And the burrito was just pathetic. It cost $10.10 and looked like it was for a child. We used really used like this location. It’s so hit or miss lately l’m not sure we’ll be back.

I've never been insulted this bad! There were like 30 bags of chips behind the counter like always, except this time, the cashier refused to sell chips and queso, stating that "they're for online orders" being honest I took it personal at the moment, but it's probably one of their sketchy practices. BTW, my wife complained about them being stingy, unlike other locations. Bad management.
