I called and asked if they throw away there cookies at night and the girl named addy on the phone screamed no at me then hung up if she would’ve been respectful it would have been fine but that’s an inappropriate way to talk to customers

Please train your staff to do a better job at acknowledging those valued customers waiting patiently at the pickup counter, particularly those who are walking in with a door dash pickup that is flagged as ready for pick up prior to arrival, when it is actually not. I understand you all get busy, but no one should have to wait 5 minutes in front of the pick up counter, only to be ignored, while others are coming and going and being acknowledged by the staff (including walk-ins) At the time I arrived around 6:30PM, it did not even appear to be that busy. Be advised: That small, kind gesture of saying “Thank you for your patience” or “Hello, be right with you” as opposed to being ignored can not only make or break someone’s day, but also cause you to lose customers. I do appreciate the young lady who was eventually attentive, but the other two staff members were not. Very disappointing.
