DAIRY QUEEN ORANGE JULIUS STORE

Hygiene is an issue here. The young lady who tried to make our treats rubbed her nose four times. When I told her she needed to wash her hands before handling our order, she states "it's my birthmark" and STILL did not wash her hands. Luckily another girl took over for us. It's a small area so I'm sure there's cross contamination...they need more training on hand hygiene

If you close at 9:00 pm, please post that.

They claim to make Orange Julius drinks, but they don’t. It’s only orange juice and blended ice. Apparently they have never tasted a real Orange Julius and just assume that it’s orange juice.
A real Orange Julius is between 5-7 ingredients. I guess like all restaurants are doing they decided to cut the ingredients and charge a premium

They don't accept the DQ app. What's wrong with them. Oh well, I'll just NEVER go back. I vote with my feet.

Tonight was not a good experience compared to others first they did not fill the blizzards to the top they were only about 3/4 of the way full and then they barely put any toppings in there like they were coming out of their paychecks something.Worst experience I've ever had here.We ordered a large cotton candy. 1 small reese's, 1 medium reese's, and a cookie dough. Those kids need some better training..I would attach a picture if it would let me.

Had a bad experience at this Dairy Queen. Stood in line with the hope of redeeming on online coupon I received from Dairy Queen. When I reached the counter, I tried to redeem the coupon. Their app was wonky, and kept looping back. The coupon was very clear, but the crew on duty kept telling me they couldn't do a darn thing for me unless the app generated a scanable code.After about ten tries, I gave up. The Mgr on duty said "sorry bud".We'll my boys went without, and I guess this Dairy Queen will do without our business moving forward. Too bad. There are other choices.

Good food, low prices, fast service. There's no indoor seating, but it's rarely a problem. The Blizzard cakes are pretty good if you want something new to try for a party.
