This is our second Christmas cake from Dairy Queen! The whole family enjoyed it and it was decorated beautifully!

It was SO refreshing walking into a fully staffed location of teenagers who all cared about the service they were providing! This is the first time in awhile across many local DQ's that my ice cream was the right consistency, had the little curly Q on top, and was served upside down 😃😃
Step back in time to an OG DQ, Great customer service, clean digs, outrageous dessert that never fails to please.
No indoor seating and no drive thru... We turned around and left.
My husband and I popped over to grab an Orange Julius this afternoon and we were sadly disappointed. We got there and it was busy, which wasn’t surprising on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t mind waiting but while we were waiting we saw one of the girls making a banana split for someone and she wasn’t wearing gloves. I get that most of the time making ice cream they aren’t touching food, but there still should be some level of food/health safety. While we waited a while to order, we didn’t have to wait very long for our drinks. However, when we got our Orange Julius they were not good. They tasted watered down and not very flavorful. It also was more slushy like, which I remember them being more like a smoothie. So maybe they put too much ice in it or maybe that’s what they taste like now. Either way I was very disappointed in it.

Hygiene is an issue here. The young lady who tried to make our treats rubbed her nose four times. When I told her she needed to wash her hands before handling our order, she states "it's my birthmark" and STILL did not wash her hands. Luckily another girl took over for us. It's a small area so I'm sure there's cross contamination...they need more training on hand hygiene
