Ordered a pizza 4:51pm , they estimated would be delivered at 5:19pm. The pizza was delivered at 6:07pm. And it was cold. Extremely disappointing and they offered a 50% off on a pizza which was the same offer online (which was online but no place to claim). It the offered 60 points towards an offer. Basically nothing and I even typed 20% upfront. Never again dominoes this is the third time this type of thing has happened. Shame on you, you should do better.

As I sat an extra 85 minutes waiting for my pizza on top of the 44 minutes the app said it would take... I contemplated how a place could be this bad. And I came up with an answer that maybe people aren't giving this place the reviews it deserves. I can tell you this place should be shut down. This place does not deserve customers and everyone who works there should be re-trained.

If you can't keep up with your orders, then stop taking new ones. If someone asks you how long it's going to take, be honest with them and don't lie. If people are sitting in the lobby obviously upset, don't talk trash about your owner/management. These aren't radical concepts.

To any new potential future owner that buys this place once the current owner goes out of business: Please put up a sign that says "new owner with new management" so that maybe I'll maybe consider trying it again.

Ordered delivery and asked for cheesy bacon jalapeño bread with no jalapeños, our order came and there were jalapeños all up in there, I called and asked if they could refund the bread or send a new one and they graciously offered to deliver a new one. I felt bad because the driver was an older gentleman and I didn’t want to have him come all the way back. We got our new cheese bread and I swear there were more jalapeños in the second cheese bread than the first. I’m not gonna call and ask for another one cause I don’t want more jalapeño cheese bread. Just beware if you ask for no jalapeños they’re gonna put extra

one of the workers accused me of misgendering them because I said "have a great day, man" not specifically directed at them. I myself am They/Them pronounce and they said "don't call me man" I felt VERY hurt and immediately apologized and explain I meant it as a way of just wishing EVERYONE regardless of gender would have a great day. I'm never coming here again, don't push gender narratives at work. I just wanted my pizza and now I feel horrible because I wishes them a good day. to the person whose pronouns I may have inadvertently offended. I am TRULY sorry, I did not wish ill-intentions, but to presume that I was being mean also puts you in the wrong too. Do better and have a blessed life.

Placed order on the app, and it said 11 minutes I got to the store, and the TV, and it said 10-15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes, then went up to ask about my order, and he said 2 hours and 15 minutes, and he wouldn't expedite the order for me being in the store like the previous person when I went up there last week.

Orders on the website and orders on store are on different clocks or something. My order was started at 5:50pm according to email. I drove there and ended up waiting over an hour. I don't know who's at fault but someone really ought to fix that.

Not once but twice I tried to order from this store and both time it took more than an hour to get my pizza. The first time I waited about 45 minutes went in and they said it that they had not even started on it yet, so I canceled my order. Second time I ordered a delivery and waited for and hour and then called and they said it would probably be another hour before I was going to get my order, mind you I live about 5 minutes from the store.

Ordered pizza online and said I could pick up 15 mins later. They were busy, and I was anticipating having to wait, but was surprised it was ready when I got there. One of our pizzas had the wrong crust and the manager called to apologize and gave us a credit for the issue. This will now be our pizza place !
