Can't remember the name of the manager for the Papillion location... but the manager I ordered with, hands down best customer service I've ever experienced with a pizza place
Ordered pizza online and said I could pick up 15 mins later. They were busy, and I was anticipating having to wait, but was surprised it was ready when I got there. One of our pizzas had the wrong crust and the manager called to apologize and gave us a credit for the issue. This will now be our pizza place !
The pizza is usually great, and service is usually fast. I love ordering from the app and picking up the pizza through the drive thru! Only real complaint I have is their pizza cutting skills…they need better training in this area! Slice sizes are very inconsistent and they never seem to cut all the way through!
