The food was ok. It could have been hotter. We did drive thru and they should have slowed down a bit cause I was missing half my order . I will not be returning to this one at all. The cashier lady was grumpy and I didn’t feel welcome there at all!

My doughnut was stale!
I have visited again. It was 9:00am, and the raised and jelly filed donuts I bought were all stale. I don't understand why. It was early enough that they shouldn't have been stale at all.

Horrible service. My order was completely wrong instead of saying sorry I can fix that I get well that’s what we have. Good bye. Door closed. Never will use them again. Stay away

Pretty standard DD location. Staff is excellent though. Had multiple good experiences here. Last time they gave me a couple free shots, just cause. I was having a bad day and that made me feel a little better.

I ordered a scrambled breakfast bowl loaded, it came out cold, no eggs and seem like 2 days old. Not very happy starting my morning off at 5:30 to bite into cold nasty food.

They left our order behind the counter and we had to wait 20minutes, all the coffee was cold which they would replace or heat up, and half the donut were missing, they said id we wanted replacements we had to pay more

Noah and his team were exceptional!
I had a delay at the tire shop next door - came over to enjoy a chocolate milk and some refreshment.
Not only were they attentive to my needs, but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
The place was clean and the chairs & atmosphere were inviting.
But with most things - it's the people... They didn't make me feel like I had to leave - but when my ride showed up they locked the door behind me.
Truly compassionate on someone who could have been having a bad day. They made it all better!
I'm a big fan!

Nobody helping at the counter. Took like 20 mins to get my order. Employee with short blonde hair told customer that drive through was priority over dine in lol

Went to the drive thru ordered 2 donuts one Boston cream one long john & a coffee. Get to the window, pay & get our coffee. She brings 2 plain donuts. Hubby says what we ordered. She says we are out. So she got us 2 donuts with chocolate icing & took the plain ones back. By this time, we knew we were holding up the drive thru. We left. If you are out of an item, don't charge people, then tell them you are out & switch to something cheaper.

I’ve had so many issues with DD as a whole, so I started going to Sbucks. Well, my son likes the spider donuts so I ordered him one on the app 3 different times at the 36th st location just to arrive and be told that they have none. When I went to this location they were also almost out but Jesse tried to make it right and even put together a spider donut for us last minute which was super cool and how customer service should be. I just wish the app was updated with was was out of stock so I wasn’t constantly wasting my time driving there for nothing. Thank you Jesse!

My experience here this morning in the drive through was good. I got the seasonal iced potion macchiato, a breakfast sandwich and a donut. Everything was good, service was friendly and fast!

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I ordered munchkins at 7am. I got an email saying my order was ready. When I went to the store to pick them up, they said that they didn’t have any of the items I ordered because they ran out. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund since I ordered on the app. I asked for the manager multiple times and she wouldn’t come out (Stephanie). Finally when she did come out, she didn’t apologize, looked annoyed and said that they couldn’t do anything and that it was an app issue and nothing they could fix. So basically they took my money, didn’t give me what I ordered, couldn’t refund me the money or cancel my order, didn’t apologize or do anything to make it right. I ended up having to file fraud on my bank account.
