I walked in and stood at the front entry for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. No, I'll be right with you or welcome to early bird. Two of the wait staff looked me dead in the eyes and went and did other things. The service from when early bird first opened at this location has gone down tremendously. The wait staff could care less and to add insult to injury, my order was wrong.

My grandma and I went to brunch here recently and were very happy with the food and service. Lots of good choices on the menu. While we were there we were kind of cold and a waitress noticed and told us she would turn down the air so it would be more comfortable which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

Had the early bird special, my niece and I shared the pumpkin cheesecake pancakes they were amazing, no it doesn't come w all spreaded topping.s lol. Her fruit cup a variety of fruit not just honeydew and cantelope that was nice.. good food great service. Good portions

Stopped in for brunch. Jordan, who was my service was amazing: friendly and attentive. However, after trying this place 3x's, and being disappointed with the food and prices well probably will not be back. This visit I ordered biscuits and gravy, over medium eggs with hash browns. Over priced and mediocre for the price: two halted biscuits with gravy hmm ok, no meat in it. Come on we are in the Midwest, where is the sausage. Has browns were well not brown and eggs were not even over easy, white was runny. I ate what I could stomach, after putting the uncooked eggs on a different plate: notice gravy, no meat and not covering biscuits. Sadly disappointed.

Ordered eggs Benedict, poached eggs were cooked well done and I did not order it that way. Pretty sad a breakfast place can't get eggs right. Not to mention we were the only ones there so it wasnt busy at all. Told the waitress asked if I wanted it replaced but didn't have time, should have offered a refund. Last time I eat here.

Love the menu. Love the food. But the last two times we’ve eaten here, we have been dismayed by the employees manning the hosting station. They’re either anti-social and abrupt or they take 5 hours talking to a woman about the logistics of a table for 12 and NONE of her party has showed up yet - while others are piling up at the doors. If this situation was fixed, it would be 5 stars.

Ordered blueberry pancakes and my husband got the early bird special ham was burnt. No blueberries in the pancakes. Just on top, ask the waitress about it. She just says, oops, sorry, no offer to remake it or anything. Will not come back. We also told the manager, all he said was the same whoops.Sorry.

Jalen was a great server. Knowledge and gave good recommendations about drink and food options. Its loud in here , busy but food came out very quickly. Once again go in and ask for Jalen. He seems hungry , though, eyed my plate like he's never been feed before. Howfully someone buys Jalen a meal today ! Great food and service from Jalen.

Mid Tier breakfast lunch restaurant with inflated prices and no free refills on any of their drinks? It's a cool idea but definitely should consider lowering prices and offering refills on things like soda and milk.
Overall 3/5. Would come here maybe once in a blue moon.
