Eileen's Colossal Cookies

After all this time of pondering my existence, I thought I had it all figured out. This was until I walked through the doors of this establishment to be met by the wonders of Eileen’s Colossal Cookies. Cookies wall to wall, each made and decorated with as much love as an artist gives to their Magnum Opus. In a predicament, the lovely ladies by the names of Kaylen and Mabel helped me through my battle. Forgetting to get a Christmas gift for a family member, I knew no better substitute would be a Colossal Cookie from my dear friend Eileen. Within minutes, Kaylen helped me traverse their options that would save me from this nightmare I put myself in. As a matador in a ring with a raging bull, Mabel worked her magic on the Colossal Cookie and produced nothing less of perfection. These two ladies do a terrific job running this Colossal Cookie empire. Nothing but the highest regards for this location!

Extremely kind and very good cookies

I last minute emailed them requesting some specific cookies to be decorated for Vet Tech week. Not only did they respond in a timely manner, but I was able to pick up cookies less than 24 hours after I emailed them. I’m so grateful for Eileen’s and their wonderful customer service!

I love eating Eileen’s Cookies in Papillion, NE…but, this morning, for the first time, while eating my 4” peanut butter cookie, I found a long hair. Yuk! I’m into fiber but just not that kind! Maybe wear hair nets? Otherwise, I would give them a rating of 5 stars.
