I have a problem with Bomb Taco and it isn’t the lack of quality, service or atmosphere. My problem is that it’s too close to my house and we’re addicted. My wife and I eat there frequently. Each time is as good as the last. We always get the street tacos and it’s as authentic as it can get. I always get the Asada and carnitas. Always so juicy and they put a lot of meat unlike other Mexican restaurants. Oh and I really like how they leave the hot sauces out for you to get, which are just as good. You guys deserve high ratings across the board. Please don’t change anything with your street tacos @bombtaco! Well, one request…make your green sauce a little hotter 😁
P.s. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while and the only reason why I didn’t do it sooner was because I wanted to take a picture of the food. I finally remembered to get a picture before I ate…it’s that good.

My wife and I stopped in for some lunch since this was recommended by a friend. We both had 3 street tacos and they were quite good. We had fries as a side - I know, that’s very American of us lol. Good value, great food - worth a visit.

The brisket taco was quite amazing. Well seasoned, and melt in your mouth. Would definitely recommend it. The carne asada, carnitas, and chorizo were ok, not bad, just not something to write home about.
The service was less than stellar, when trying to order the tejano combo, I wasn't sure how to pronounce it so I asked if I could mix and match the four tacos, referring to the four tacos tejano combo. The server said sure and took my order. What we didn't realize is it was rung up as four separate tacos and didn't come with the side of rice and beans. So we ended up paying more for less and when we asked about the side we were told we should have said combo.
Another issue is we had tried to go for lunch one day and it showed that it should be open, but when we arrived it was closed.
So in short the brisket taco is really good, but the service doesn't make it worth it for me to come back.

The staff at both locations are amazing!! I accidentally sent my order to papillion when I Meant to send it to maple st. I was so bummed! I called papillion to let them know I'd be late, when the sweet girl on the phone said she woul send my order to the maple store. They in no way needed to help me but they did! The staff at both locations are so kind! The food is also amazing! Stop in and try BOMB TACO!! ?
