I have literally never had a bad meal at this location, and I eat here at least 3-4 times a month. Food is great and the service is even better.

Stood and waited with my Mom , she needed a seat fast. Don’t know why they have to make people stand when they have open tables weird. Menu price needs to be updated, bill was more. Food is good.

Sammy was extraordinary….asked me what I wanted to drink as she sat me @ my booth of choice & brought me coffee within 1 minute of my seating…exceptional service …..absolutely. Always get the Bacardo omelette with tomato soup as it’s a fav of mine…always really tasty. Ask for the wheat roast to be “burnt” and they always accommodate….(not really burnt..but close) Highly recommend this First Watch location to everyone……®️

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and will definitely be back! Not only the food was great also the service (fast). Staff was friendly. Atmosphere is very welcoming. They also sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me a Birthday card along with a muffin! I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Great place to go for a Birthday brunch! They will make you feel special on your special day!

I had such a great experience at First Watch in Papillion, NE! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. But what really blew me away were the grits—absolutely phenomenal. Creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, they easily became the highlight of my meal. It’s rare to find grits done this well, and First Watch nailed it. I’ll definitely be back soon.

We got to the restaurant at 9:15 and left at 11:30. Server took 30 minutes to take our order, even with it being obvious that we were ready. Food took over 45 minutes to come out. And did not check on us but maybe 2 times. We had 5 kids ranging in age 2-12 so it was a very stressful breakfast .
