Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I really like Freddy over all. This rating is for this location only.

Main issue I have with this place is everytime I go here and get custard there is a large amount of ice chunks in my concrete. No other location has this issue.

Food was good. However, 3 people behind the counter standing around while 2 customers had to clean tables so they could sit down. Not acceptable.

When I first picked up my order tonight at the drive thru the guy was not very friendly, I said whatever until I got home and realized they gave us the wrong order. Called and the manager was nice. But when my girlfriend went back the guy at the drive thru still tried to give us the wrong order and no new drinks (obviously we’re not going to eat our food with watered down drinks???) I understand mistakes can happen but the fact that the guy in the drive thru was mean to my girlfriend and didn’t want to make things 100% is what drove me to give this one Star. He also didn’t give her a drink carrier. Get better customer service employees Freddy’s!!

Hot, fresh, juicy with friendly service. Freddy’s cheese curds are the best - better than Culver’s. I had the smoked brisket burger, which added even more flavor to an already mouthwatering masterpiece! Sat outside midday and enjoyed the great weather, they use a speaker outside when announcing orders to pick up so you can still hear it.

The place was freezing cold, and my wife had to leave and sit in the truck. I had a streak burger sandwich. There was so.much mustard on it, I couldn't taste the meat or anything else. The bun tasted fresh. Fries were hot when I received them, but they're really thin and get cold quickly. My wife's chocolate brownie concrete was small.for the price. The taste wasn't anything she'd order again. She enjoyed the vanilla custard cone that we got at the drive up several days ago. Over all, it's not a place we plan to return to. Good music though. The food and cold not so great.

Use to be our favorite fast food place and we would go there after grocery shopping on Sunday's. After tonight that ended. The quality has slowly gotten worse. Tonight, both of our burgers had old, rubbery lettuce (which was barely on the burger, more in the box), the patties were not crispy, more like they were boiled. The fry cups were half full, undercooked, and cold. When I asked for fry sauce, the employee treated me like it was a big inconvenience to him. I understand it’s fast food, and most of the employees are today’s generation teenagers, but managers should be doing a better job at quality control, or they will continue to lose customers, like us.

Had a very nice employee take my order, he even gave me a free drink!

Food was good, and the environment is about what I expected, overall a good place to eat but probably not the healthiest.

Can’t tell you much on pricing though.
