Came it to eat. Unfortunately there was only one person to serve everyone. We sat there for an hour watching everyone else get thier food. Idk if she ever even put in our order because all we got was our drinks. She took our order and never came back not even for refills. Loved coming here, not coming back.

This used to be one of my favorite ramen spots. The service was always consistent, quick, and smooth. On my most recent visit, someone on staff mentioned recognizing how often I come in, and we chatted briefly at the bar. After I ordered, they brought up the low reviews the restaurant had been getting and asked me to leave a positive one. It immediately put me in an uncomfortable position, like the quality of my food might depend on how I responded.

When my food arrived, they brought it up again, encouraging me to write a good review and include specific names. The experience made me uneasy, and now I'm dreading going back. What used to be a comfortable place for me now feels awkward, and I won't be returning anytime
soon.

Food is always good and service is great! I just hate the fact they don't take orders over the phone. Understandable if its busy, but its one person in this building and you cant take an order over the phone. Ok thats fine, I came in. Then the cashier couldn't take cash because she didn't have enough change to give me back, mind you the change was $25.

Super duper mid and attitude field service for no reason

Order takes forever can't get an update when you ask because they just keep telling you its being packed up. Almost 10 minutes of waiting at the store after already waiting after ordering. Twice in a row and the service has been terrible, I wont be back

Food was great!! I loved the feel of the place, they played great music and had fun movies playing. Our waitress was amazing despite being the only one there at the time of our visit. She was proactive and sweet! I did a pick up order a week or two later as well, food was fresh and service was fast and easy! Strongly recommend!

I know this is soapboxy but hear me out

The Papillion Ika San Ramen & Izakaya has gone so down hill compared to the other locations its exhausting. To me, cilantro literally tastes like a teaspoon of dawn dish soap so I always get the “plain Jane” version of their ramen and I have noticed more and more that they disregard the order and I take a big bite of soap. In the past I call and offer to bring it back and they refund or give credit but tonight I didn’t have time to come back and offered to save the whole container and bring it tomorrow for a refund or a pic and they basically said you’re SOL. The price there has gotten higher, the quantity smaller and now they don’t even care if it’s the wrong order.

Again, I know this is a first world problem but it’s getting so irritating that we are expected to pay more and more and they can do less and less

Went here for dinner with my hubby and the place did not disappoint. I ordered the Pork Gyoza and Tonkotsu; while the hubby ordered some Crab roll and Beefy Noodles. We both enjoyed our meal. This time, they have green tea, and some Sake Shots.

I ordered take out tonight from here. I ordered the spicy seafood ramen, along with chicken fried rice. The ramen was amazing. However, the chicken fried rice not so much. On my first bite of the fried rice, I bit into a staple, which cut the roof of my mouth . I don’t understand how this could have even possibly happened. What is a staple doing near any food?

Didnt realize the food had egg in it but was very accommodating offering to remake it without egg especially the great service!
