Jersey Mike's Subs

The person who made my food did not greet me or even let me know that they were ready to take my order. Just stared at me until I spoke. Didn’t offer me a drink or chips and give me the cold shoulder unless asking about toppings And Rarely made eye contact. This is one of my favorite restaurants, but I was disappointed with today’s service

Went in and order the number 7 the Mike’s way. When I asked about the Mayo. She said you do the talking down there. I go to the next station to ask for something and the guy said you should have ask in the beginning. I said can I speak to the manager. The manager was actually the person who told me not to talk to her. She said “ If you don’t like it you can leave.” How did we go from wanting Mayo to, I can leave?? I thought the employees were being rude, but the manager was leading it. Terrible management and service. Never placed an order. Another customer walked out with me.

Seemed like the manager didn't want to be here today, she was verbally rude to other employees in front of me while I was ordering... lack of proper communication across the food prep station resulted in over 15 minute wait for my sandwich that got lost in the shuffle simply because I wanted Mike way with no onions... watched as a dozen more sandwiches were handed out to customers who were behind me in line before I finally got mine. Again poor management and lack of communication caused this issue. It's a shame because it's one of my favorite places to eat, however, I will not return to this location.

I had brown lettuce on my sandwich when i got home. I called to speak with the manager and was told i have to call back in 20 mins. When i did the manager was extremely rude. She answered the phone as if her job was causing her an inconvenience. I very rarely leave negative reviews but this situation really angered me. With as many food options in this area this is definently the last place id choose to spend my money.

employees were so rude and i got a peice of hair in my food, i usually never have a bad experience at jersey mikes but this location def is not worth your money !!!

My mother, sister, and myself have each had negative interactions with the SAME female employee on DIFFERENT days. I truly don’t understand how someone could be so rude, cold, refuse to make eye contact, be aggressive and constantly fight each request we make for just a sandwich…We are not high maintenance customers and never speak on reviews but this location just has to do better on holding their staff accountable. She may be a manager so I hope the district manager understands she has zero customer service skills. I cannot believe this has happened repeatedly for so long, and this employee still thinks it’s okay to treat people that try to be extra kind to her, extra rude. It is such an inconvenience having to drive to further locations just to have a positive experience and not be snapped at or feel embarrassed for asking for more veggies. It’s just not that deep. If you don’t like customers then don’t work where you interact with them. Please stop being argumentative all the time Lashonna/lashonda.

We ordered 2 giant subs.
Cut wrong. Got half way through, and we found long blond hair in every piece. We threw both subs away. $ 33.00 thrown away! Used to go there all the time. Not anymore!

Worst sandwich shop ever. Didn’t even get to taste their food service was so bad we left and the people behind us left. Never go to any Jersey Mike’s after that experience

Got to the restaurant close to closing time & felt the frustration of the employees that we got there so late. They had most of the sandwich stuff put up & had to get stuff out to make our sandwiches which were definitely not the quality we usually get from Jersey Mike's
