I ordered and the one lady threw my bread on a dirty wash rag on the table. Then I get attitude from the other lady for no reason so I just left. I couldn’t hear anything cause they had music blasting. Never coming back.

Super busy on a Friday night. The team kept pushing the sandwiches out. Manager Shawnna was the epitome of professionalism. Great sandwich!!

Every time I come there to get an order, I’m always placed very last regardless if I’m there before a customer or not so service could do a lot better considering everybody has customers whether they’re there for a delivery of pick up or ordering in person should be treated as an equal

We eat at Jersey Mikes ALL THE TIME and love it! We recommend it often! Today, 1/5 we ordered online to grab lunch to go for 4 of us and they were TERRIBLE! Our customized sandwiches were all made wrong and in addition the amount of toppings were so minimal it was like eating empty wet bread! SO DISAPPOINTED! We noticed when we picked up the subs it was just a couple of teenagers working so a word of advice, have at least one mature adult WHO CARES on every shift!! We all literally took a few bites and then threw all 4 subs in the trash - $40+ dollars down the drain! 👎

Went in and got yelled at by a woman stocking chips. It was 1 hr from closing. Was warned they only had two large pieces of bread left. When I tried to ask if she liked the bread she had left since we had never been to a Jersey Mike's before, I got a side answer. She snipped at another customer who came in behind us and that customer left without ordering.
The woman proceeded to cut our sandwiches and was put out that she had to do so. She finished and passed our sandwiches onto another short young petit brunette lady, of which we did not catch her name.
The second lady who finished our sandwiches and rang us up was the polar opposite of the first lady. The young petite woman was friendly, kind, empathetic to the fact that due to being busy, they were running out of bread. So, we paid in cash and I left the second woman a Christmas present for taking such good care of my wife and I.
I wish my experience with this place had been better. On one hand the first lady turned us off to future experiences, the second lady salvaged it. We may give it another go in the future just based on her service.

The food is good, but whenever I order there is a delay at pick up. Not by 5 minutes but 10-15 minutes. I ordered online and still had to wait an extra 10 minutes after 15 minutes of placing the order. It would be nice to actually have my order ready at pickup. If not offer me a drink or apologize with a smile. Something nice.

There was an older woman working today who was not very kind to her coworkers or the customers. Very snappy and rude to me and my friends while we ordered and said things like "I'll start it but I'm not finishing it" to her coworkers. At one point she pointed at me and asked if I had paid (I did and I left a tip as well)
Genuinely I've never had a poor customer service experience anywhere before but it was just so hostile in there. Whether or not she's training or having a bad day it's just not appropriate to treat people you work with with such malice, let alone the people you're serving.
I've made a mental note to not come back to this location

I ordered a salad bowl with the turkey provolone. Took it back to work to eat for lunch and as I was eating and got to the end I found some black hair and my hair is red. The lettuce had some brown spots.

It's a fifty-fifty if your food's gonna be right. Why would they ask for Tip before? We've even seen our food or touched it.

Their sign says open till 9pm, but in reality they stop serving at 850pm. Last night I was craving a sandwich. Pulled in the lot at 845pm. Told my brother my order, he opened the door at 850pm and was told they were closed. My brother and I were upset, if your closing time is different than what is posted then you need to change your time.I called this afternoon to complain, I spoke to a lead who said that a manager was not available, but that he worked last night and recalled speaking to my brother. He said they always prep to close prior to 9pm, and although their clock is fast, if it shows 9pm they are not allowed to assist a customer. If they know their clock is fast, why not correct it. Why have your floors mopped , chairs on top of tables and ingredients put up before closing time? Why wasn't the door locked if indeed they were closed? I know, no one wants a last minute customer, but they had a full 10 minutes to complete my order. As a matter of fact 6 additional customers walked into Smoothie King who also closes at 9pm, yet they were served. This location will no longer get my business, unless they honor their closing time.
Tried you guys for the first time through the delivery app and ordered 2 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and two brownies.I received the two sandwiches, that's it. And sure, I got credit back on the app but it doesn't help the in the now with missing items and someone looking forward to said items.Idk how you have 6 items on a ticket, only two in the bag, and say "that seems right" and send it on out.The sandwiches were decent but if it's common to be missing items for a delivery, don't waste your time or money.
