The food is good, but whenever I order there is a delay at pick up. Not by 5 minutes but 10-15 minutes. I ordered online and still had to wait an extra 10 minutes after 15 minutes of placing the order. It would be nice to actually have my order ready at pickup. If not offer me a drink or apologize with a smile. Something nice.

I had a super late notice catering order at 8:30 AM to be picked up at 11:45 AM. It was done they were nice and I would recommend this place. I have been here a few times and the staff is super friendly.

Hard to believe I'd never been to a Jersey Mike's since I like subs. I wanted to compare it to Subway, which on the whole is pretty decent. I was impressed. I ordered online and went there to pick it up. The place was neat as a pin, very clean, bright and cheery. Two employees enthusiastically greeted me, and one wished me 'Happy Holidays' when I left.
