Ordered a simple sandwich and received the wrong sandwich. Tried calling to get the situation handled and I was left on hold for over 5 minutes until I hung up. Called again and nobody answered. 1 location can ruin it for the rest. Sad. Won’t be back.

I went there at 4 on 7/5/25. The girl at the window was very rude. I said thank you each time she handed me something and she had the rudest face and never once said you’re welcome.

been to this location a few times. they are always slow but today i was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me (the person in front of me ended up leaving the drive thru before even ordering because we were sitting there so long). i get to the window and my total was $1.50 more than if i ordered it online, even though i ordered the same thing i always do. checked the bag quick to make sure everything was there before i left, but when i got home i noticed the bag of chips i received is cut open in multiple places.

I sit in this drive through 10 min for one sandwich every time im here. Its ridiculous. N to note there was 1 other person in line and when i pulled up to the window i wasnt helped for 5 minutes.

GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!
Benny took my order this afternoon with courtesy and great attitude! Made suggestions and didnt rush my order. Promoted the membership without being awkward, just facts, which I appreciated!! Quick service, told his teammate thanks for bringing the order and wiped off my cup before giving it to me. Waved goodbye with a smile. You don't see this too often anymore. Keep it up!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Made my original order online at 6:00PM. Didn’t receive it until 7:00PM and they delivered the wrong order. I called them and told them that we received the wrong order and they said they would have a driver deliver us the correct food. We then sat on the phone with a driver arguing back and forth about our address because apparently they couldn’t find it this time around. I did not receive my food until 7:52PM. Do yourself a favor and pick something else to eat

Tonight just confirmed why I don't order from Jimmy John's. Asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and barely had any. Asked for mayo packets and didn't get any. So irritated it's not even funny. Why put options out there if someone is just going to make the sandwich the way they want. Why even bother offering sauce packets if you aren't going to give them out.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My wife ordered delivery through the Jimmy John's app, but according to their staff, they were "too busy to deliver themselves, so they have to use their 3rd party delivery." However, Jimmy John's can't even punch an address in correctly, as they sent their 3rd party delivery person to a completely different area (when we are just down the street from this JJ location). An hour later and terrible communication from JJ's, we were able to receive our food, while JJ's might've gotten one of their 3rd party deliverers in trouble because they can't even get an address right. JJ's own logistics online show Thursday nights aren't busy at all at this location, but they still decide to almost ruin an evening....over two sandwiches. Ridiculous.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. This was the WORST experience I’ve had with a food restaurant ever. I placed an order for delivery through the app and spent the next hour and a half calling them to let them know my delivery location was wrong through uber (even though I entered it correctly), talking with the uber driver to see if he could still deliver it-which he did even though he can get in trouble because he was going to the “wrong” location according to uber. I then called Jimmy John’s back to let them know what happened and all the response I got was “Yeah some of deliveries have been funky today”. I would NOT order from here or give any of your business here.

The General "Manager" Brooklyn treats her employees poorly and has a bad attitude towards customers. I will not eat here and will caution other to stay away while she is employed there.
