Jake is unprofessional at his finest. I Came in for an order for my mum and I heard the manager, talking to another coworker about some other coworker they work with. He was belittling and putting down the guy to other associates. Thats VERY unprofessional to do infront of customers and Managers should NEVER talk bad about a coworker with people who work under them. I don't know what the guy was thinking acting like this but if his the manager for this location I think he needs retraining or transfered to a store where he is not in charge.

We made on online order, showed up and paid cash, the cashier, the gal with the headset in the photo, said it would be a minute, then she took out money, gave us change, they went back to making sandwiches, and never changed her gloves.(after handling money) … freaky disgusting! Then we sat and waited for almost 25 minutes. What happened to freaky fast!!!!!!

I ordered my sandwich toasted and it’s literally inedible without being toasted. So annoying and ruined my lunch.
Friday evening I used their app-you know because they keep bugging me to use the five dollar coupon. They sent me- early just a little bit after four o’clock. At 5 o’clock, I got a phone call. The young lady said oh did you place an order with Jimmy John’s from this phone number? I said yes I did. I said I’m waiting on the front step. It’s been 45 minutes?-she said we don’t have a driver tonight so we’re sending it through DoorDash and they don’t take cash so is there anyway you can put it on your credit card? I said absolutely not. I’m sitting here with $40 in my hand for the order, waiting to get my food. She said well we can’t send it out then.?? what? They’re literally seven minutes from me.(I know I don’t have to explain myself, but I wasn’t in a position to go get it.) how frustrating is that. Great freaky fast delivery very angry to say the least😣
I went to this Jimmy John’s expecting the “freaky fast” service they brag about. Instead, I sat in the drive-thru behind the same car for over 15 minutes. I tried to be patient, thinking maybe it was a fluke—but no. In total, they served one car in 15 minutes. ONE. There were only two people ahead of me, and I had already placed my order, but I finally gave up and left because I literally couldn’t wait any longer. If you need to have a quick lunch, this is not the place.

Went in for a sandwich. One table with people and another guy waiting on a sandwich. There was one guy making sandwiches and another at the drive through. I stood there for 5 minutes not even acknowledged. I left and went to the one on cornhusker and 72nd. I was acknowledged as I walked in and order taken. Don't go to the one in shadow lake.
Done with this location. Ordered delivery at 11:45 it’s 1:07 and still don’t have it. Call in and all we get is “please hold” nobody comes back. lol

Where's the tuna?? Unless you opened it and dug around you would not know it's a tuna sandwhich. It's a veggie basically but sadder. Save yourself some disappointment and drive to the next JJs where they put meat on the sandwiches.

We placed an online order at 2 pm to be ready between 5:15 & 5:30. I got there at 5:25. There was a slow moving line, which i understood because it was dinner time. After about 10 minutes in line, I get to the window and my order isn't ready. I wait another 5 minutes and they come and ask my name again. I wait another 5 minutes and they ask me to pull around to the front because they need to make more chicken. What? My order was ordered ahead. It should have been ready. I pull around to the front. They never came out. My boyfriend called them a couple times and they kept saying 10 more minutes. I waited a total of 50 minutes! I finally went in and told the l have been waiting for my order for 50 minutes. The girl goes and gets some guy. I tell him and all he says is "Do you just want a refund?" I said yes. He went to the register, brought back a receipt that said cancelled order, handed to me and walked away. No sorry, no trying to make it right. We will never return. That is horrible customer service.

I went last month and did not leave a review but today service ? was a must do. I place my order online. My sub was ready and delicious during a rush time. That sub was so good I placed another order 30 minutes ago and it was amazing. Great management, great crew, delicious subs. Good job guys ! ?

Horrible service. There were 4 cars in the drive thru when I arrived, 2 at window, 2 waiting to order. I could tell things weren't moving, but after a long day at work, I figured I'd wait because I needed something for dinner, and it was the closest to me. All cars leave window area, 3 of us still waiting to order. 1 car gave up drove off, next car pulls up, ordered fast, pulls to the window, now I sit, at least 5mins to order, I should have drove off. Now at the window, girl at the window did not seem to know what she was doing or was not confident or friendly she took my card then I sit, about 7 minutes in she came an told me there was a mistake on my sandwich so they were making my sandwich now, ok? At least another 7mins nothing. I can see there is one guy making sandwiches, she is just standing there, there are cars now waiting to order, someone is very concerned about sweeping, one guy just leaning. No sandwich, so I knocked on the window for a refund. The girl said nothing, then was rude, smart mouthed, Horrible CS!!!!! I had to ask for my card back. The first time the girl came to the window, she should have thanked me for being patient, explaining that there was a mistake on the sandwich and offered me, maybe a free cookie or chips to go along my order for the inconvenience that it was taking so long.There was no customer service what so ever until I got upset and asked for a refund by then it was too late, I was pissed, I had already waited way too long. But then I was the bad guy for their poor service.
