I eat here probably once every two months and always love the food other than the fried flour tacos. Through the years their portion sizes have become considerably smaller. I hope they reevaluate their portion to price ratio. I expect to pay $15 for an entree, but portions are small. The service is usually quick and tentive. The atmosphere is fitting for a family-friendly Mexican atmosphere. The chairs are a bit heavy, cumbersome, and not so comfortable for ederly or larger people. They accommodate bigger groups with ease.

This was the first time my husband and I had dinner here. Don't get me wrong, the food is really good, but I ordered a chimichanga and the size of it was no larger than a taco. I was hoping to take home leftovers. I feel that they fill up the plate with beans and rice so they can justify charging $15.00. I would have given 5 stars.

My kids love the molcajete. They get it every time. It has great flavor and heat. It is even good leftover the next day.
I was disappointed in the nachos. I wanted something like loaded nachos, but they are very simple chips and cheese, with a little beef, beans, or chicken, with some tomatoes and lettuce. I was hoping for jalapeños and sour cream. I know there are people who would think these basic nachos are great, but they just weren't what I was craving. I have been here many times and almost every time I have been happy with my meal.
The service has always been good.
