IMO, This McDs has progressively gotten worse in it's service. Not sure if it's the staffing of management, but it doesn't seem like there's any care, understanding or customer service oriented professionalism. Services are worse in the evenings especially.

I have ordera few different times and as soon as you are told to pull up because your order is not complete you get forgotten about please stay at the window,my wife recently waited 20 minutes because they couldn't get the order done timely and there was 2 cars in drive thru I contacted corporate and got the generic we are sorry but nothing from the local store,this McDonald's is turning into a slow joke food is rarely hot,my burgers we like cool pucks and fries were all garbage.
