Food was good. . just wish we had gotten ALL of it. I called to explain and the girl on the phone was exceptional, offered to throw in a Danish for having to return. Once we got there to pick up the remainder of the order the lady at the window was less than a delight. Made me recite my order and exactly what was missing. Didn't bother with the Danish, that would have thrown her over the edge. SMH

My sandwich (Toasted garden Caprise) that I ordered to pick up was sad. Looked nothing like the picture. The picture showed plenty of cheese, tomato and greens. In reality, I had to open the sandwich up to try and find this stuff. It was more like a italian dressing and Bread sandwich. I forgot why I don't buy sandwiches here, now I remember. To their credit, their bread is good, as it should be. They are a bakery. But sandwiches? Not for me.

Can whoever is in charge change your doordash settings so that the restaurant gets the order before the driver? There should be a way to do that in your doordash settings. This way drivers aren’t just standing there for 20 minutes.

How is it that Panera has become such a dirty place and the food has went from quality to no quality at all? I go like once a year now and the last two years is the same disgusting experience. I used to love their food and the environment but all has changed the last couple years. Never again.
This branch needs 180 flip, no screen to follow up your order, The weirdest thing was you order in kiosk and gets online with other people to get your order for special cold drinks! So you get whatever is not a special drink from the pick up and stay online (Again) to pick up your special cold drink!
