This is the worst customer service I am have ever dealt with. I ordered directly from their website 4 items. I received 2 of the 4 items. The door dash person that they partner with said that’s all that was given to her. I called the store they said they can’t help me. I asked for a manager, apparently no managers work on Sunday. I asked for them to take my information for someone to call me. They refused and said it’ll be in there system. I called door dash because that’s what they said I had to do. I called door dash and they said they couldn’t help me because I placed the order directly from papa Murphy’s. I called papa Murphy’s back again they said they can’t help me because I had it delivered. Pathetic. I spent $40 and received their smallest pizza and a calzone. I will NEVER order from this store again. And I know they don’t care because of the way they treated me on the phone.

Walked in today at 3:30 to order one pizza and was advised there would be at least an hour wait. No one in the store - 2 people had just walked out without pizzas so evidently they had been told the same thing. 4 people working. I wonder how many people they turned away. Horrible service and whoever owns this franchise should be aware they are losing a lot of business. May not ever go there again.

Always have great pizza awesome service that everybody is super duper cool thank you Papa Murphy's in Papillion for always having my pizza ready on time
