I tried my first caramel cheesecake protein shake and it was amazing. The woman that helped me was extremely helpful explaining what she put in my shake as well as the benefits of teas they offer! My new favorite spot! Highly recommend!

Went in on a Saturday morning, person working couldn’t tell my wife what flavors were in her tea, and when my daughter ordered an iced coffee, the lady said she didn’t know where any of their coffee stuff was at. Ridiculous.

I went in there the other day to check it out and I was very impressed. Under the new management, the shop has completely transformed! New decor, great service and delicious drinks! They've really created a great atmosphere here and I will FOR SURE be back again!

The new management is super friendly and the new space is so inviting and cute! I always get their daily special for tea and shake, never disappoints! I drive to Papillon from Council Bluffs because their staff at this location are truly the best! Also make sure you grab a punch card!

TL;DR - Genuine service and friendly environment.Full disclosure, the prices are probably higher than I can afford to go regularly. That being said, the shake I got was great quality and pretty tasty.I was immediately impressed by the people behind the counter who were friendly and informative, but even more so as I saw them interact throughout the couple hours I sat in store to do some writing. She knew who most of them were, speaking to them not just with a sense of familiarity but genuine levels of friendship. To me, that speaks volumes as to the quality of service of the place.

Went to Papillion Nutrition based off a friend recommendation and now I'm hooked and need the tea in my everyday life! The girls behind the bar are excited to be there and friendly to talk to. I left there with a smile on my face. Went back the next day and they remembered me and asked me how I liked the drink I had gotten the day before. They are genuine and you don't find that in many places. This is a place I will visit often and even bring my friends and family!
Went in hoping that it was going to be a good local smoothie place, nope. Definitely an mlm front for Herbalife, same insanely sweet and candy filled shakes as other _________ nutrition stores that pop up. Sad bc I want to support, but I can’t in good conscience give my money towards a predatory business model, even if the storefront itself it is owned by locals.

When things don’t go as planned for breakfast or lunch so we stopped to see what this place has to offer! Thank you to Adam and his team for a great welcoming experience and knowledge of their product in which we tried not only the shakes but we actually got Tea! If your looking for the meal replacement this is your spot.

First time here. I ordered two shakes and two teas. I had seen these locations in various places over omaha and was excited to finally try it out since it’s now in Papillion. I ordered two shakes and two teas. INSANELY expensive. They don’t have their pricing listed anywhere, so I was pretty shocked when he said it was $35. He was also on his phone as I walked in and touching his face while I looked over the menu. And didn’t bother washing his hands before making my drinks. The guy working also seemed less than enthusiastic to be working. I also asked for a drink carrier Since I was alone and had 4 drinks to carry, and was told “nope, sorry” and then watched me balance 4 drinks to carry out to my car. No offer of help or even hold the door for me. Considering the circumstances our world is currently in, I was pretty surprised that a small business wasn’t bothering to do a simple thing. The drinks were okay. But I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to try this place again.
