Overall cheap good pizza however the team can be overwhelmed sometimes and you may have to wait a bit. Otherwise what you would expect.

We hadn't been to Pizza Hut for along time. We were disappointed that they no longer plan on anyone eating in. They had only a couple of beverage options. Our pizza was done pretty fast. So we went home to eat. When we got home, we were disappointed in the taste and that the meat lovers pizza had so little meat on it.
I suppose they have to change to accommodate the cost of everything, but this was not what we expected.

I understand issue with equipments and ovens, and life happening HOWEVER that does not excuse poor management skills. Tonight, after two hours of waiting for my pizza delivery (I ordered at 5:45) I called corporate at 8pm (because the store wasn’t answering) they said the store was closed with the only note that they would open back up at 9pm. No other reasoning….I now just got a call from “management” asking if I still wanted my order. Seriously? No I talked to corporate and already was refunded my $80. And after explaining a phone call to update customers on the situation would have gone a long way and most people probably would have understood, I was rudely interrupted by “ well ok I have a lot of tickets to get through” and hung up on me. So I’ll stick to dominos and never order from this particular location again. ✌️
I placed an order online that estimated the wait time 47 - 56 minutes. I place my order for delivery and the system said it would be done by 7:02. After 7:06 and seeing no alert of a delay I checked online for my status. The confirmation email said that my order was still in the oven. I called the store to see if I could get any additional information on my order and the automated system just said my order was on track. I waited longer to see if anything had changed. 30 minutes had passed at this point and looking online I see that the status had not changed. I called the store to see what has been the delay. I eventually got a staff member to answer and I asked them what is the status of my order. The staff member put me on hold and after waiting 10 minutes I hung up and tried calling again. On my second call the same phone number listed on good directed me to the company call center and not the store. The operator said they would direct me to the store and I was put on hold for indefinite wait. At this point it has been close to 2hrs since I placed my order and the estimated delivery time. I drove directly to the location to understand where my order was. Apparently there were orders bunt that resulted in a backlog. My frustration with this store comes from the handling or my phone call, and also the customer service automation. If there was a conflict with my order I would have liked to be aware of the delay rather then sit waiting all night.

I called to place an order for pickup and the man who answered said it would take 15-20 minutes. My boyfriend was on his way home for work so he went to pick it up but when he got there, they didn’t even have the order in there system. Even though I called the right number, they said it probably went through their dispatch/customer service and hadn’t been inputted into their system. Why would the call not go straight to the store? My boyfriend and I were very frustrated, since we just wanted something quick and easy after a long day of work.
On 2/13/25 I placed an order online at 7:47pm.
After I placed it, I noticed that my delivery address showed the store location in Papillion, 96th St. I called and was placed on hold. After 10 minutes they came back on the phone and promptly hung up. I then called back and was on hold once more but this time when the clock hit 8pm the prompt came on that the store was closed.
I clicked my tracking text and it said delivery was to be at 8:38pm. When my pizza and breadsticks never showed up, I chatted online and was told a call would be coming. No call. Nothing. The fact that a manager has not called me is appalling. I was charged over $36 for my order that never came! Please contact me ASAP to resolve this!!!!!!! It still shows my order is confirmed!!!

Awful experience, I ordered a pizza and a cookie for delivery at 5:15, after 3 hours I called and asked about it. At first they said they didn't have the order at all, when I called back, they had found it but they didn't have a delivery driver, I was hung up on after they said there was nothing they could do. They called back 15 minutes later, saying they had a doordash driver who could deliver the food, but that I would have to pay again in cash for the food I already paid for. I told them that that's bs and asked what time they closed, and about an hour later, after i had gottten off work, I went in to pick up my food where I found it was cold, of course, after 5 hours. I then asked if I could be compensated for what had happened, I was told the most they could do was give a 25% off my next order. After arguing with the manager, I left and went home with the food. When I arrived home and my mom had seen what happened, she went back and told the manager to give me a full refund. The manager then argued and proceeded to lie and pretended she offered me a refund when she hadn't. This is completely unacceptable!
Our family will never order from this pizza hut again due to this managers actions. She needs to be reminded she is in customer service.

I am sorry I usually don’t give bad reviews but the service here sucks!! They don’t even greet you when coming to the counter, I came to pick up my order and the lady that helped me looked at me so annoyed that I was there. There was another lady at the register first I’m guessing she is the manager after having trouble with a costumer she left me there with out even saying “sorry I’ll be right with you she just left and said I got to outside.” And left really bad service.
Ordered pizza for delivery, arrived cold and had to be reheated. Terrible option that they use DoorDash for their delivery service. Will not be ordering here again.

My sis ordered dinner for 4 at 5pm. When she checked on it it said our order would be delivered at 610. She called the # of the store. The gal said she was just a call center and transferred her back to the store. Yea. This after she said Ive waited nearly 2 hours for our dinner and I'm very angry. After holding and listening to your recording for several minutes she went in and canceled the order. It's now 710 and we are starved! Thanks for NOTHING!

I ordered on the app waited two hours, finally they had doordash pickup and they decided to take even longer so I called pizza hut and they couldn't even help with a refund, the dasher delivered the wrong order , it was supposed to be a nice night for me and my kids to enjoy some pizza but turned to waiting on the phone and having very hungry kids even though I gave them snacks but kids were excited to the pizza
We ordered pizza for delivery, paid, and it never came. They also do not issue refunds, only future credit that you’ll never want to use. DON’TORDER FROM HERE!

Three times in a row this place has just not had my order ready when it says it’s ready, 15-20 minutes after ordering. When I arrive they’re ALL standing around doing nothing and tell me “we still have to make it. I was polite the first time, understanding the second time but this is ridiculous. Awful franchise.
