Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place is really dirty. Smeared fingerprints on the walls and windows, sticky tables and floors, smells like dirty restaurant. The hair in the food was a bonus. Do not recommend.

Horrible! Probably never go again. Got take away, and yes I did order a burger wrap, but wasn’t expecting this. So much for my $20. Fries were lukewarm too. This was while still in the parking lot. If you have an option it would be wise to go somewhere that takes a little pride.

online to go order - my order was correct but my wife's order was not. Had to drive back to the store and get a replacement order for my wife. When I got home with the replacement order, my food was cold since they did not replace my order, and my wife's replacement order was practically raw. Was treated in a most unfriendly manner by the staff throughout the whole process and also had to wait for an inordinate amount of time for the order each time I went to pick it up. No apology was issued by the restaurant.

Took 20 minutes to get seated at 4:50 on Sunday. We asked because there were very little people there. They said because they only had one cook. This place has been a disaster every time I go. The booth was not clean today. The fries were not hot and when you ask for more of them it takes 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure this was the last time eating at this restaurant. Papillion deserves better from this establishment.

We got a table quick which was nice but also suspicious cause all the places around us were packed… well, our bill for a family of 5 was $95 and we didn’t understand why until we saw they actually CHARGE FOR SIDES. They charge $3 extra for fries. We were also charged a full entree when we asked for a side of wings. The service was fine, barely there - no check in- but fine. It’s just not worth that kind of money. The burgers weren’t bad but it definitely wasn’t $100 good. We won’t be back.

I knew this brand for 7 yrs since I was in IL. Nice place and burgers. However, I just have a really bad feeling with the steam broccoli. It looks not washed and not fresh. The waitress never stop after taking my order. I am not going to there anymore. And I will not going to American restaurant alone in a holiday time.

Had a day off with my significant other so we stopped in to have lunch together (a rare treat) we waited around 10 minutes to even get our drink order in, after being sat no one said hey, we'll be right with you, nothing. Got our drinks and ordered our food, our food was dropped off and we were never talked to again, so I wasn't able to get my order corrected or even a refill.. (My food was wrong) and staff that I did see were just on their phones. So I paid for a meal that I ate a few bites of, kind of messed up considering a burger is around $15 and just for a soda it's almost $4. Won't be back.

I couldn’t believe the level of amazing service my family received today. John (server) and Tasha (hostess) should be recognized for such a friendly attitude and just all around great work ethic. Nothing was wrong. Everything was perfect. The best service I’ve had in a very long time.

My husband and I walked in to be seated. We were asked if we wanted to be set at a high table. We requested a booth and the hostess rolled her eyes at us. We were seated at a small booth and requested a bigger booth and got sat at a table/booth. My husband then asked if we could be sat at a normal sized booth since they weren’t busy at all and the she seemed very and threw the menus down on the table. My husband walked out. As he was walking out the hostess got mad and hit my arm aggressively and took the menu’s and said, “well than sit wherever.” Very negative energy from the hostess and not sure we will be back she was so rude.

Food is usually really good but some of the worst service I have had. Sat at the bar because I was by myself and it was empty. Didn't get my drink until my food came out. Didn't get any silverware or ketchup. They clearly need better management and more servers.
