100% regret going before closing time. Why bother staying open til 10 if what you serve at 9:45pm is not edible!?!?! I go to runza once a month usually in the afternoon and had always gotten consistently good food. But on 2/25 at 9:45pm I got a pup cup so full of ice cream I had ice cream all over my hand and console,did the worker offer napkins to clean it up? Nope! Starry drink I had to immediately toss before even going inside my apt cause it was all carbonation like the thing hadn't been changed after being empty. The fries were cold and hard as rocks and way over salted like the fries had been sitting out for hours and in a last ditch effort the worker dumped salt over it. The plain cheeseburger was also unedible- ice cold. The bun was stale and hard, the burger meat definitely NOT fresh. I ate a few bites of the burger cause I was hungry and didn't want to waste food and it made me physically sick within 10 min. I only live 7 min away, how is that acceptable? I wish I would have parked and tasted everything before leaving the parking lot, otherwise I would have gone inside and requested a full refund for this garbage. The only thing maybe edible for consumption might be the chocolate chip cookie but I won't know for a day or 2 while I wait for my stomach to return to normal.

Was excited for the return of the Italian Runza, but the excitement quickly faded, all the ingredients advertised did not seem to be in there, it was basically a manwhich sloppy Joe

This is the group's favorite spot for ice cream with their $1 cones. We are frequent at this location and tonight we had a great interaction with one of the employees, Josh. A lot of places don’t love groups of people, but he was friendly and made us feel welcome. Great guy

Ice cream was excellent. Josh F great amazing service , manager was not one for the customers ruining our experience. Our order came out perfect and yet the manager yelled at the worker Josh F. Feel bad for the kid as he delivered nothing bud excellent service and quality.
Josh F. Had the most amazing customer service. We came in with a large group of people and he had a smile on his face and made sure we got what we asked for. Another team member was very rude that Josh was helping us and told the manager and the manager told Josh he was not allowed to assist us which was absolutely crazy. Josh F. Is an amazing kid who is doing a great job and wants to make his customers happy and do a great job at work and he does. Thank you Josh! We really appreciate you!
