This is the group's favorite spot for ice cream with their $1 cones. We are frequent at this location and tonight we had a great interaction with one of the employees, Josh. A lot of places don’t love groups of people, but he was friendly and made us feel welcome. Great guy

Ice cream was excellent. Josh F great amazing service , manager was not one for the customers ruining our experience. Our order came out perfect and yet the manager yelled at the worker Josh F. Feel bad for the kid as he delivered nothing bud excellent service and quality.

Josh F. Had the most amazing customer service. We came in with a large group of people and he had a smile on his face and made sure we got what we asked for. Another team member was very rude that Josh was helping us and told the manager and the manager told Josh he was not allowed to assist us which was absolutely crazy. Josh F. Is an amazing kid who is doing a great job and wants to make his customers happy and do a great job at work and he does. Thank you Josh! We really appreciate you!

This one is my favorite runza location! The man working the drive thru was so nice !! He made my day. Not sure the name he was tall and had glasses . He made sure my order was right and complimented me . Great customer service !
Our kids were really excited about the $1 ice cream cones for the summer so we've gone a few times already, plus they really enjoy the fries. We've always had a pretty good experience, the restaurant is always clean and up until this last visit, the staff has always been really friendly.
Unfortunately, after placing our order, we observed one staff member being pretty rude and talking down to another employee who was working really hard from what we observed.
Then came the issue with the ice cream. Our first few cones came out ok, then the next had some issues with the ice cream consistency. We also ordered a dice cream dish, which came out really runny.
We completely understand if there are equipment issues and didn't have a problem with that. The issue was with the fact that the runny ice cream that was just dispensed got dumped right back in the machine from the dish. We asked about that and were told it's perfectly fine and that it's their procedure to just dump it back in the machine when it comes out funky.
That just seemed off to us and seemed like a health code issue.

I would love to give this restaurant a 5 ⭐️ review but can’t. We had lunch there yesterday which was delicious. While we were there we also ordered 6 original Runza’s and 6 cheese Runza’s to be frozen and picked up today by 8am on our way to Florida. We had placed this order and paid for it w Eleanor the manager personally. When we stopped by this morning to pick them up they had sold OUR ORDER !! There were none to be had !!! They even called Eleanor in who kept saying she was sorry but there was no excuse for this. They should have been there as paid for and promised. Talk about truly disappointing.
