This is the group's favorite spot for ice cream with their $1 cones. We are frequent at this location and tonight we had a great interaction with one of the employees, Josh. A lot of places don’t love groups of people, but he was friendly and made us feel welcome. Great guy
Ice cream was excellent. Josh F great amazing service , manager was not one for the customers ruining our experience. Our order came out perfect and yet the manager yelled at the worker Josh F. Feel bad for the kid as he delivered nothing bud excellent service and quality.
Josh F. Had the most amazing customer service. We came in with a large group of people and he had a smile on his face and made sure we got what we asked for. Another team member was very rude that Josh was helping us and told the manager and the manager told Josh he was not allowed to assist us which was absolutely crazy. Josh F.
