I have never been a 'bucks girl. Scooters is my go to. Never had a bad coffee, love the different flavor combos they have and no hidden ingredients.

It physically pains me to be this person :( The drive thru was a bit busy, so I ordered my drink through the app to help everyone out. At the speaker, I told them my name and I was instructed to pull up to the window. The gal at the window seemed very rushed, asked if I was there for the mobile order and handed me this. I ordered a small, blended carmelicious with sugar free flavor. This is a large and not what I ordered. The kids and I were out running errands and between appointments, I couldn't return it and ended up dumping it down the drain once we got home :(

We waited at the window at 630 pm on Saturday put our order in and sat at the window before anyone opened it. There were two females in there chatting it up. Our drinks were full of ice chunks hard to get thru the straw! Worst one we have ever been to

How does this even happen!!! Order a blended drink and once I went to stir it I noticed something hard and chunky at first I thought it was ice until I got to the end and pulled it out and noticed that it was the tip from a whip cream can !! I've never had an issue with scooters that is disgusting

Not only was the coffee great, their kindess/service was better! When my daughter accidentally dropped her "coffee " this morning, she was devastated and embarrassed at the same time, but the staff was so kind to her and got her a new "coffee " right away.

I ordered an X-large Caramelicious and a large Caramelicious. I tried calling the location, but no one answered. This is the second time this month that Scooter’s has completely messed up my order. I’m still waiting for a refund from the 370 location, which I was told would take 10 days, and now I’m guessing I’ll have to wait another 10 days for a refund from this location. I’m done using scooters.

Went to the drive-through to order a mango smoothie with whipped cream, got cut off when I said mango smoothie and told to come to the window. Of course it was wrong when I got to the window. When I said it was wrong all I got was “I’m sorry” as the window was closed. No offer to fix it. Young blonde, dude, with a green star sticker on his face.
