We came in to get my daughter a drink and the kid working was not helpful at all. We asked his opinion on some choices and he could have cared less and had a bad attitude. To top it off the drink wasn’t good.

Too exp for an overnight old waffle. The batter itself is sour, with a very artificial color and taste, texture is soft and boring . You will get a tiny waffle for $5. The tea is nothing but sweet milk. Can’t even taste the tea.

Owner is extremely rude to customers and employees, i’ve see them hit the employees before. Do not recommend supporting these people, they don’t deserve support with the way they treat people, learn how to be a decent person before you open a shop. Also they have a HUGE bug problem, and the owner refuses to do anything about it.

The boba tea was fine, not the best not the worst we have had, but it was very unpleasant to sit and drink our drinks as one of the employees is constantly adjusting their inner nose ring with their fingers and proceeding to make customers drinks without washing or gloves. It is hard not to think they were sticking their fingers in their nose while making my drink also and it made it very difficult to enjoy.

Please make sure your employees can count coins. They would not accept my cash unless I had paper all paper bills. I tried to pay with a $5 bill and $1 in dimes. I should have walked out instead of paying with card.
I’m thrilled to leave a 5-star review for Sip Cha! They recently relocated and have been in their new spot for about two months. The atmosphere is incredibly clean and inviting, complete with board games for added fun.
The owner, Tao-Anna, is exceptionally friendly and dedicated to making this place perfect. I tried the rolled ice cream- brownie flavor and it was simply amazing! I forgot to take a picture, sorry, but the presentation was beautiful. They also serve delicious flan cups made fresh daily. I can’t wait to return and sample their Avocado Rolled Ice Cream!
The customer service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be back with my family. I highly encourage everyone to give it a try and support this fantastic local business!

Saw Sipcha in Shadow Lake and decided to give it a try and we will for sure be back!! My daughter got rolled ice cream and I tried the brown sugar milk tea for the first time and some flan. The flan was REALLY good! I really enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea also! My daughter loved the rolled ice cream! I tried hers and IMO it was better than the place we used to go for rolled ice cream! If you are in the area you need to check them out!

Was looking for a Boba Shop while out shopping in Papillion on a hot day and stopped at Sipcha as it was right outside from the stores we were at. Got my mother-in-law a Tropical Sip boba tea and it was so amazing that I had to get myself one! Highly recommend! Great drink that pairs with shopping on these hot days!

Ordered the coconut milk and mango rolled ice cream today. So good and so fresh! The owner is very friendly and the place is always clean and cute. Love Sip Cha!

Stopped by the other day and got a winter melon tea and it tasted very watered down. Gave it another chance today and got the winter melon tea again and this time there was too much syrup and tasted like straight sugar.
Staff also forgot another drink I ordered. I waited for 3 customers who came in after me to get theirs and then I finally asked where my drink was and they said they forgot about it because someone made a pickup order so it left their mind.
Third thing, the pandan waffle is disgusting. It was undercooked (liquid in the middle) and tasted sour. I’ve baked pandan waffles myself before and pandan is not supposed to taste sour like that. It wasted spoiled rotten.
Btw this place doesn’t look like the pictures that are being advertised online.
