I’ve been sitting her for 45 minutes. Granted one person working , nevertheless…. The order we ordered in should be how they’re worked. People that came in after us already left. 2 of them. Won’t ever be back. Asking for my money back.

Ridiculously overpriced, the mediums are practically a small considering the cup is 50% ice, the lychee drink doesn’t even taste like lychee, the employee rolling my spring rolls wasn’t wearing gloves. You spend 20$ for a medium drink and 4 spring rolls which is absolutely ridiculous, if you go to an authentic asian restaraunt or boba shop, they’d charge less for a large drink and 4 spring rolls. The employees are polite but the place is dirty, feels unwelcoming, and is overpriced for drinks and food made of cheap ingredients, not real fruit.
50% of the time, your drink is made correctly. Overpriced drinks for subpar quality.

Every time I’ve tried to go there in the past when their hours said open both online and on their door the place was closed up. I tried calling the business number m, got someone on the phone and asked if this was the Sip Cha in Papillion and they hung up on me. Not sure if they’re trying to close up more or what, but would appreciate updated hours and a phone number that reaches the store.

We were greeted by an Asian woman with glasses who may of been the owner.
She was passive aggressively rude and seemed as if she were rushing us to order. She was using shooing gestures towards us and acting like we were wasting her time.
Mind you there were NO customers waiting in line behind us. We just arrived in the restaurant and she gave us no time to look at the menu.
We’ve been here before and had a wonderful experience but this recent experience put a negative image of this place.
