Today we drove from Lincoln to the Lane Bryant at Oak Veiw in Omaha. There was two ladies working, no other shoppers. They didn't greet you, little to no help and playing on their phone.
On the way back to Lincoln we stopped at the Lane Bryant at Shadow Lake. These ladies greeted every person who walked in the door, they were very help, knowledgeable, friendly.
