We used to freuqent this place, about 10 years ago. We came in on Sunday, 11/16/25, and had about the worst possible experience we could have. Too bad, because the pizza is really good, but the service is reprehensible. First, the cashier couldn't keep up with ourorder. I ordered a custom pizza, and had to repeat the toppings 3 times. I ordered a glass of Pinot Noir and she didn't know how to pronounce it, let alone how to spell it. I had to spell it to her 4 times beore she got it right. Two other friends added to my initial order, and apparently she couldn't keep up with that, either. Please hire people who are freaking literate! Make them pass a spelling test before you hire them. We'd ordered 4 waters, and after 15 minutes we had not received them. I went up to the counter and asked, and the guy said they'd had a "big order" and couldn't get to it. How hard is water? I might have bought it, except half the staff was screwing around with their cell phones and the rest were busy watching the football game. They screwed up one person's order. I mentioned it, and they said, "Oh, sorry." They didn't offer the change the bill. They didn't offer to correct the order. The manager did not come put to apoligize, nor did anyone offer to change the bill or give us a coupon toward our next order. I was informed that I could not order a second glass of wine from waiter. First, this is just dumb - I'd been working 7 hours straight, and was in the middle of my meal. They already had my credit card - they could not allow me to sit and enjoy my meal, but instead wanted me to stand at the bar and wait for all the employees to get off their phones and stop watching the game long enough to get me a glass of wine? Second, I walked up to the bar, and waited for everyone to get done texting theor friends and watching the latest play of the football game. Meanwhile, my meal is getting cold. I order another glass of wine. The lady takes my order, takes my money, and walks away. I stand there, expecting her to come back with a glass of wine. She's in the corner, screwing around with her cell phone. Several minutes later a guy walks by; he ignores me, but I get his attention and say I've paid for a glass of wine, and can I please have it? He just shrugs and walks away. By now I'm standing there for about 10 minutes. Finally the lasy comes back and I sy, hey, I've paid for a glass of wine, and can I please have it? She says, oh, they were out. Smeone had to go get another bottle. I suggest that she might have told me that instead of making me stand here for over 10 minutes. She gives me a half-smile and goes back to her phone. In my opinion, they need to fire the manager and hire someone who will explain to all these freakin' kids that (1) they need to pay attention to doing thir jobs right, (2) they need to not be allowed to screw around on their cell phones at work, and (3) turn off the football games if their employees find the game more important than their jobs. This place used to be great. Now it just sucks. You guys need to hire a decent manager - or do you just not care about customer service anymore? Sure felt that way. Notes for management: 1. No cell phones at work 2. Water delivery should be immediate 3. If an order is incorrect, the appropriate response is for a manager to approach the table and offer to make it right, either by replacing the order or by offering a coupon for a future visit, Seriously, were you guys born in a freaking barn? I have never been to a SINGLE restaurant where the manager didn't address an incorrect order. What's wrong with you guys? Do you just say, oops, screw the customer, but, frankly, we just don't care? This place used to be great, but given the current work ethic and the lack of concern by management, I gotta say: run far, run fast, give this place a pass until they understand customer service. They clearly do not care.
While it is a pizza place it offers other Italian dishes and gelato. Order as you walk in and your food is cooked. Cane quick and lives up to its hype. Got a Detroit style (I’m from Detroit - it was worthy). Big place but fills up quick for dinner. Staff was super attentive and just genuine in their approach-made for a great meal and nice time out.
We dine at Spin about once a month, enjoy the pizza. Great variety and combinations of pizza available. You can get just pizza, pizza & soup/ salad, sandwiches. Always received quick service from friendly staff. Easily accommodates persons with mobility issues.

I enjoy the mini mia selection with a small pizza and a salad. It's just the right amount of food and a high quality pizza and salad to boot. Spin is usually a treat that's well worth it every time we eat here!

Upscale pizza joint that delivers amazing pizza. You can tell that everything was made from scratch. They even have a bonus gelato counter! Yummy!! Great for people of all ages. The kids meals even come with a free scoop of gelato. It's a family favorite and we recommend it.

There isn't an easier-to-recommend restaurant in Papillion than Spin. The specials are amazing (especially Sunday kid's meals). I love Spin 🍕.

We were so happy with the customer service and quality of the food. We are frequent customers here, and they are consistently good in food quality and service. Ripley was our waitress and she was amazing! She was very kind and helpful! Not only did she help us with our order, but she was very attentive to us during our visit. She among the other amazing staff members are a big reason we love going here. Thank you for such a great experience every time!

Very friendly service and quick too! Pretty busy on a Friday night, but no waiting for a table and we got our food really fast. Salad was good (8 color) and chicken pesto pizza was awesome! To top it off, the gelato was creamy and delicious!
