I've gone here several times in the last year because it's across from the Shadow lake Mall. Do not waste your time here. The espresso always tastes burnt and leaves a bad taste in your mouth or they get my order wrong.

Horrible service… very rude baristas.. I work customer service and there’s no reason to treat customers like they do. I understand why you have animosity towards certain customers but I was so not in the wrong here…If you hate your job that much then quit because there’s no reason to treat paying customers like me how you guys did … how embarrassing.

I’ve been having issues for awhile with this location, such as not receiving my exact order, which isn’t complicated. It’s the most basic order ever. When the cold foam wasn’t included on my mobile order (which you pay extra for) I showed the girl working, she had dark hair and dark rimmed glasses with a medium dark skin tone, she rolled her eyes, dumped out a third of my drink and added the cold foam before slamming it down on the counter and walking away. Extremely rude and not professional at all. I said thank you even though she didn’t deserve it because that’s what you should do in service.

Really bad experience at this Starbucks. The staff was rude and even scolded me when I went to pick up my mobile order at the drive-thru. They made me leave the line and wait just to go through again, which made no sense. And when I finally got my drink, it looked and tasted awful. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks.

Was the only car in the drive through at this time, the guy taking my order didnt acknowledge my order which led to me waiting 5 minutes before he acknowledged me , my drink was watered down and as I said I was the only person at the time and find this lame

I've been to my fair share of Starbucks around the U.S., and this location specifically takes the cake as the worst customer service experience. And it was not just based on one experience. I gave them a benefit of the doubt over the course of daily visits over a span of 3 months. I know the gold standard of Starbucks but basic customer service in general. God forbid the app screw up, and you receive the order late, but you tell me, "Next time I put an order in, I need to make sure I do it correctly next time". This statent I've been told several times about different things. That's not how you talk to customers. I never get acknowledged when I come in. which EVERY STARBUCKS I've been to, a hello is offered. There was even a drive thru experiance window opened, drink handed, window shut. Not a word. Your 6 am. morning staff needs to understand they should be "morning people". The food is sometimes cold despite just being put out. I could keep going but I think you get my point. There's just no personable service.

Ordered two drinks today and the total was 1398. I proceeded to give them a $50 bill and she took it and then said I’m so sorry we don’t have change for a 50. So you don’t have $36 in your cash register that’s correct? So did not leave with the drinks and left the drive-through. Absolutely terrible to not have $36 of cash in the register and you know you’re gonna throw those drinks away or give them away so you should’ve done well and just gave us the drinks because we had the money. Absolutely Disappointed in you. Have so much money in this coffee business but I give you money you can’t provide the change so you keep the drink drinks. Pretty bad experience today.

I'm very disappointed with this location. I ordered a Cran Merry Orange Refresher which tasted like watered down lemonade. No cranberries in it. Not very merry. I had to ask to have them add the cranberries and they said they were out. By the way, ya'll have 1 or 2 big Cranmerry orange refresher sign advertisements in the drive through.

My husband also ordered a drink and specifically asked for dark brew something rather drink (not sure what his was called). They got that wrong too and make it with lighter brew. It wasn't good. We both ended up throwing out our drinks. We will not be returning to this location.
