The drinks were made fine, but the baristas were disrespectful. Laughing and making fun of my fiance and I's orders and showing no sense of guilt or remorse for having done so while we were in the store. They were annoyed when my fiance had asked a questions regarding ice of all things, and seemed like they would rather do anything but help us. I work food service, I understand how annoying it can be, but it's a job, and there should never be a reason that anyone should...
Drive thru my order is 50% chance of being correct and wait times can be upwards of 15 minutes during busier hours.
Dine in was worse. No greeting. I was the only customer at the counter for several minutes and made eye contact with several employees but not acknowledged. Everyone just looked mad or depressed to be there.

Starbucks always hits, but I was disappointed that they were out of boba pearls yet still charged full price for the drink made without them. It was good, but definitely would’ve been better with the boba. The counter person also oddly mentioned they were out of boba straws also.
