Unfortunately, they can't seem to get online ordering right anymore. The last 3 times sandwiches were either missing ingredients, or had the ingredients on the wrong sandwiches.
Enough is enough. ✌?
Came to dine in, kind , prompt service , we got generous toppings, first time we didnt have to ask for more, other subways just give you a couple sprinkles of lettuce and counting the tomatoes and cucumbers etc , here they didnt , extra thanks for that they didnt separate the cold cuts so we got them all! . Highly recommended.
Employees were amazing, food was great, but sadly I forgot to leave a tip.

Please dont make my sandwich woth gloves on, put it in the oven. Then handle my money with gloves on and then put the toppings on my sandwich. Come on dude

Store was a mess needs cleaned up. Manager was arguing with an employee in front of customers and in the back room( loud) I told her it wasn’t cool to reprimand in front of customers

The worker was so kind and did a great job making our sandwiches. I felt really bad for him though since the outside temperature felt like 107 and there was no A/C in subway. He had a fan on but it felt hotter in the building than outside, which was out of the control of the worker. The customer matters but I think businesses should remember that their employees also matter.

Seriously how hard is it to make a sandwich, we have been to this location a few times and Everytime there is something wrong, they forgot something or put something on it we didn't order. This last time they ruined a sandwich by putting what was supposed to be the toppings to the other sandwich.We will not be back to this location, gave them enough chances, I would give zero Stars if I could it was that bad this time.

We've ordered from this location multiple times from the app and they have failed to get it right every single time. Never had any problems ordering in person, but they apparently can not or will not read any of the instructions provided through the app.

We ordered 7 sandwiches and the workers constantly complained about how we should've catered. I bet they wouldn't have complained if it was just two separate orders. Completely unprofessional and immature.

Entered store at 8:25pm. Store hours say close at 9pm. Immediately told, “just so you know we can’t toast your sandwich “ Then noted that the only toppings available were lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. Inquired about the rest of the toppings and told “yeah sorry, getting ready to close”What is the point of even staying open if you aren’t going to offer your normal sandwich options? I told them never mind and left.

So I came here with my kids to make an order and that’s was at 5:55pm before they close and the sign was open and they told me sorry we can’t help you so I asked the employee to call the manager to see if she let it happen and the manager was very rude and told me if you don’t leave I will come and make you leave !!

I wish that the main subway will look into my review and do something about it because this manager doesn’t deserve to be at a brand name like subway !!

I got footlong cold cut sandwich for my daughter 3 weeks ago… She bit into it to find mold all over the meats . She almost puked. I took the sandwich back and explained the issue and how disgusted we were and the male manager pullled the sandwich apart like I was lying. Then he started rubbing one spot and told me he didn’t think it was mold… lol… I then informed him that isn’t the only spot and the next spot has a hair looking moldy string coming out of it. He could no longer deny it was actual mold all over their cold cut combo meat concoction. I demanded a refund which I got but no apology or explanation of what and how this can even happen. I was treated like a liar even with multiple spots of mold on the different meats. I will never go to the Subway in Shadow Lake because they do not care about food quality or customer concerns. The health department needs to go inspect that location.

Stopped in with my mom today who is 75. They were so kind and patient with her.They were very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. Great team.
