Food was disappointing. The dipper burritos were tiny compared to the display, and honestly kind of cold. Wasn’t a great experience, very disappointing. The service was fine as it was just the do it yourself kiosks. The atmosphere on the other hand was horrible. Staff were fighting in the back, talking about how horrible their job was. Quote “you need to be taking care of customers not playing on your phone”, and using foul language. Bathrooms were also disgusting, toilets were not clean and had gross grimy green on them, there was no soap in either of the soap dispensers. Overall very disappointing experience sure to put you in a bad mood.

This is the tacos that i got from Taco Bell. 100% the best tacos I’ve ever had, they tasted really good for fast food. Customer survive was great, the workers gave me the tip😉. The atmosphere was clean and I definitely didn’t see a rat run from under the trash can. The service again was fast and convenient for my very busy family. I now eat this every night along with my famil. 100/10 recommend TACO BELL!

The staff is not good here. They cut breakfast short. The management doesn't help fix problems, it just shifts blame. Had issues with orders in the past with them not resolving the issues. Began to go to further Taco Bells because of the level of issues with service from this location. Need an overhaul with management and staff. And I absolutely love Taco Bell so it's sad that the closest one we have so many issues with.

The staff was friendly but they are just way too slow. TacoBell you need to hire more people or hire better people, 20+ minutes spent in a line with only 3 cars ahead of is too slow.

I ordered the new street chalupas with chicken but was given steak, even though my receipt clearly says chicken. One of the chalupas was also missing everything except the meat. On top of that, Taco Bell used to be a quick, inexpensive meal, but I paid $24 for just 4 items. At that price, I can go to a sit-down Mexican restaurant and get better food for less.

The staff don't really know what to do for orders made on the app. If my app says I paid with a gift card then it's paid for. Why is this so hard?
I tell them EVERY SINGLE TIME that I don't want my food as a Combo. EVERY SINGLE TIME they ring it in as a combo. I work fast food too. I know how easy it is to just not ring in an item ad a combo when someone asks. I have just decided instead of correcting the employees who can't listen or understand their jobs I just won't go anymore.

I opened my burrito and I found a full size probably foot long hair in the burrito, I was with my fiancée and completely embarrassed a store carrys themselves that filthy. Absolutely disgusting.

If you have cash please watch how much you get back. I was almost short 8 bucks. I told her she shorted me my money and owing me 8$. The gal gave me the coins back but then said “oh how much did I even give you”? Are you kidding me? This lady does not even know basic math and she’s working the register? Um no no no she needs to be cleaning the bathrooms instead.
