Went to order and the lady yelled at us for ordering from her and not using a kiosk. I'm paying cash I'll be ordering with a person thank you. Lady needs to be reprimanded. She said "you need to order with the kiosk because I will not take your order here anymore that's why we have the kiosks" I said "not today, today I'll be ordering her at the cash register cause I'm paying cash." The ladys name was Paulette H and she was incredibly rude and should be fired

Ordered 3 tacos was asked if I wanted supreme I said no never asked if I wanted hard or soft and I got soft.when I got home the tortillas were stuck to the paper and I had to eat with a spoon. My soda had no ice in it. My wife got an iced tea. It was hot no ice and. Tasted like it was 2 days old. First time I ever had issues with this restaurant.

I had to repeat my 1 combo order twice. Woman at the window did not secure the drink lid and spilled it all over my hand. She never offered me napkins. Just poured out some of the drink put the lid back on and tried to hand it to me again covered in soda and still open. She put balled up napkins in the bag, so I was able to get the soda off my hand, door, and center console AFTER I drove off. Food was old/stale. Parts had hardened. Very little meat on any of my items, but plenty of lettuce. The drink tasted like it had cleaning solution in it.

Lady taking my order was super rude. Food took forever. When I called and said that, they told me it’s because my food was fresh but my food was cold and soggy. My cup had a hole in it and spilled everywhere. My cheese sauce was not even half full. Worst experience ever, when I called they said there’s nothing they could do about it.

Its 10:16… and im arriving to the taco bell and i open the door and its LOCKED. locked. and it says on the litteral door closed at 12am first off.. LIES. second off employees laugh at us and look at us.. the botched faced curly head person looked and laughed?? as a taco bell worker only getting paid 11 per hour its not thay hard to do ur job. i voyage on to the drive thru and i ask if we can have seperate transaction’s… “no” as i heard in confusion .. she says it quietly “what?” “no u cant” “what..?? “ so we peacefuylly order in one big order as that make us harder for low income payers. and i hear laughing in the back laughing at us?? like ??? whatchu laughing at chot ?? as i continue to get my order i see the curly head with split ends , laughing at us?? laughing at us??? like for what? do better. its a public establishment and human decency. u will be hearing from copprate. and u will be terminated. for this awful experience.
