I placed an app order that included 2 strawberry freezes. At the window, I found out that they didn't have any, so I had to switch my drinks. Bean burrito was good, but I paid a dollar more to get extra sauce and extra cheese but I couldn't tell the difference from regular.
Taco Bell has really gone downhill. Sub-standard products. Poor service.

No one acknowledged me as I entered. I usually leave when this happens but I really needed food. I was looking at the menu for a few moments. A guy preparing food turned around and told me that I would have to place my order using the kiosk and no one could take my order. I get it guys, businesses are trying to cut costs wherever they can. You could have someone to care for customers if they choose not to use the machine. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

This taco bell is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. it's the closest one I live near so I always end up ordering from here. I'm a vegetarian and I get black beans instead of meat. I would say 75% of the time,, even after I clarify that I want beans,, they still make my meal with meat. it's so annoying to spend $6 on a burrito and not be able to eat when I get home.

seems like every time that I go to this location drive thru my order is incorrect and I do not realize it until I get home. I ordered extra beef, was charged for extra beef, but it looks like I got LESS than normal. I ordered two Nacho Taco Supreme and they did put any lettuce or tomato.

Pretty good. They were fast and food was fresh. Having visited recently I had some of the worst service I believe you can have, the employee working the drive-thru seem to get really angry or when I ask for the sauce that they had forgot to put in the bag. She grabs a bunch of packages of sauces and just about slams them into my hands, dropping several on the ground during this process. I asked if she was okay and she told me she was just really stressed which I understand but not good service for the customers

Their lobby has been closed due to short staffing (been for a while now). I am always missing an item and they never give me any sauce despite them always asking. A few of my burritos were missing ingredients like rice and most of the time it is thrown together. I thought the one in Brentwood was bad but this one is worse unfortunately.

Never open when they are supposed to be. No one takes your order at the front when you go in, you have to order at the kiosk. There were customers waiting when I went in this morning. They are not open as late as they advertise as well. Food is usually fine, just very unimpressed with the customer service.
