Our waiter was new and clearly overwhelmed. He was trying very hard. In time, if he warns to stay, I hope he can get more comfortable. As always, the food was fantastic and well priced.

Their ribs are a 10/10, no contest! The meat just falls off the bone! We went around dinner prime time so we knew it would be extremely busy, so we used the website to join the waiting list prior to leaving the house. As we arrived and entered the restaurant, we were seated within a few minutes (at the bar). Everyone was pleasantly friendly including the host, server and even the manager that walked around to greet everyone. This was an amazing first experience at this location.

I've been to Texas Roadhouse several times. Our server was fantastic! Beer was cold, salad was fresh and the sweet potato was cooked to perfection. I normally order a filet, but ordered prime rib, medium rare. It was definitely a disappointment. It was more medium and really tough. In their defense, the manager took it off, but I left hungry. One last note, I applied to work as a server of which I have 2 years experience and my working hours are very flexible and I never even received a rejection letter, email, text or phone call. I think it borders on age discrimination. This has tainted my view of this previously respected establishment.

I've been coming to this Texas roadhouse for many years. And 90 percent of the time no issues and most of the time great customer service. If there was one small thing to comment on it be. the quality of the product isnt always consistent. It's not bad. But when I order pretty much the same thing its just noticeable . This is something small that I've just notice
I order the same thing pretty much every time I go here. For example I'll order the Ceasars salad. Sometimes I have 8 croutons. Other times I have none. Or I have no dressing or light cheese. Not a big deal.
Customer service is where the 4 stars come in. Just really depends who you get.

We frequent this location for takeout about 2-3 times per month. Lately the food has not been the best. A few weeks ago I ordered the 6 oz steak and when I got home to eat it was very small. We weighed it on our food scale and it was only 3 oz. Last night I ordered a baked potato and when I cut into it it was so hard and mushy I could barely get through it with a knife. It was not edible. The outside was a hard crust and the inside was gooey. They also forgot both my husband and I’s condiments, so we had to eat our salad and main dish dry.

1) When I asked about what’s in the beef tips, the server neglected to mention sour cream (that I didn’t want) or the mushrooms (that I’m allergic to). When I mentioned this to her, it was like sorry with no offer to correct my order. I think I only ate one or two mushrooms and hoping that wasn’t enough to send me to the hospital!
2) I’m a veteran that took my family out for dinner and it’s my turn to pay. I showed my military I.D. card for a military discount, that they don’t really have anymore. The discount is now only for the I.D. holder the server said. When did this changed? My wife also has a military I.D. My brother commented that the discount isn’t even worth it…I concur.
3) Overall, not a good experience and all 4 of us agreed that we will not be back…ever, especially since there are many restaurants to choose from. This restaurant is definitely NOT customer service oriented!
My advice: Patrons beware!

Had dinner with our friends during a visit. Everything about the Texas Roadhouse was great. Our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. You could tell that she loves her job. The entire staff was energetic and interactions with customers seem pleasant. GO TO THIS TEXAS ROADHOUSE!! You want be disappointed.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent. It's always a little noisy there, and we always go at off hours so that we don't have an issue finding seating. Friday nights and Saturday nights are often packed, even some Sunday nights are packed but the food is worth it
