We love this place...but yesterday they sat us in that cubby hole on the left of entrance. Then when my food came out , I had ordered the chicken and mushroom.. and the chicken was not tender and tough...not tenderized. So I dont recommend the chicken. We will always still come here. I guess I will just have to say something then....this was a waste of $69 dollars on whole meal...

Do not join the waitlist, does no good. Automatically checks you in and and tells you to go checkin at hostest yet you wait more once you are in. Waste of time.
Spoke to manager, he blamed it on corporate. Then get called to be seated, they didn't even have a table for us. 2 more groups were seated prior to us finally being seated. The amount of issues is utterly ridiculous.

Check in online, wait 45 mins. Get text to come be seated, come inside and get a card to wait another 45 mins. What’s the point? Tons of annoyed customers, sad server staff, and average food. Only here for the rolls.

I usually don’t do reviews but came home with some pretty sad girls tonight. Was out celebrating my 2 year old’s birthday. All they (2 and 5 year old) could talk about was the kids birthday dessert and getting sung to. When we asked our server, we were told they don’t do birthday dessert but everywhere I look online says they do. And she didn’t get sung to. Did we get snubbed? Or why take away the birthday dessert from the kids? Is that not a thing anymore? As a server that was my favorite part was giving away a kids birthday dessert to help celebrate their special day. They just wanted to split a scoop of ice cream.
Also we waited over an hour. We got on the waitlist online and was quoted 45 minutes. Not until I asked where we were on the list after over an hour did I magically get placed next. I know quoting wait times is hard and is only a quote but hard with entertaining two littles. Would have liked an over quote verses under quote.
They are also out of silverware for awhile.
Food was fast and good. Server was good, just bummed about the dessert..
Hoping the papillion location will do better.

Our waiter was new and clearly overwhelmed. He was trying very hard. In time, if he warns to stay, I hope he can get more comfortable. As always, the food was fantastic and well priced.

Their ribs are a 10/10, no contest! The meat just falls off the bone! We went around dinner prime time so we knew it would be extremely busy, so we used the website to join the waiting list prior to leaving the house. As we arrived and entered the restaurant, we were seated within a few minutes (at the bar). Everyone was pleasantly friendly including the host, server and even the manager that walked around to greet everyone. This was an amazing first experience at this location.

Food is great. Service is great. It's so loud you can't hear yourself think though, much less have a conversation at your table

I've been to Texas Roadhouse several times. Our server was fantastic! Beer was cold, salad was fresh and the sweet potato was cooked to perfection. I normally order a filet, but ordered prime rib, medium rare. It was definitely a disappointment. It was more medium and really tough. In their defense, the manager took it off, but I left hungry. One last note, I applied to work as a server of which I have 2 years experience and my working hours are very flexible and I never even received a rejection letter, email, text or phone call. I think it borders on age discrimination. This has tainted my view of this previously respected establishment.

I've been coming to this Texas roadhouse for many years. And 90 percent of the time no issues and most of the time great customer service. If there was one small thing to comment on it be. the quality of the product isnt always consistent. It's not bad. But when I order pretty much the same thing its just noticeable . This is something small that I've just notice
I order the same thing pretty much every time I go here. For example I'll order the Ceasars salad. Sometimes I have 8 croutons. Other times I have none. Or I have no dressing or light cheese. Not a big deal.
Customer service is where the 4 stars come in. Just really depends who you get.

We frequent this location for takeout about 2-3 times per month. Lately the food has not been the best. A few weeks ago I ordered the 6 oz steak and when I got home to eat it was very small. We weighed it on our food scale and it was only 3 oz. Last night I ordered a baked potato and when I cut into it it was so hard and mushy I could barely get through it with a knife. It was not edible. The outside was a hard crust and the inside was gooey. They also forgot both my husband and I’s condiments, so we had to eat our salad and main dish dry.
