Our waiter was new and clearly overwhelmed. He was trying very hard. In time, if he warns to stay, I hope he can get more comfortable. As always, the food was fantastic and well priced.
Their ribs are a 10/10, no contest! The meat just falls off the bone! We went around dinner prime time so we knew it would be extremely busy, so we used the website to join the waiting list prior to leaving the house. As we arrived and entered the restaurant, we were seated within a few minutes (at the bar). Everyone was pleasantly friendly including the host, server and even the manager that walked around to greet everyone. This was an amazing first experience at this location.
I've been to Texas Roadhouse several times. Our server was fantastic! Beer was cold, salad was fresh and the sweet potato was cooked to perfection. I normally order a filet, but ordered prime rib, medium rare. It was definitely a disappointment. It was more medium and really tough. In their defense, the manager took it off, but I left hungry.
