I have tried the beanery multiple times, and this used to be my regular coffee stop. But every time I go now I'm left underwhelmed and always regret stopping here. On top of that 9+ dollars for a drink.. that drink should be fabulous.. instead my iced drink was still warm when handed out and very sweet even with the extra shot I was happy to pay for. The menu could also use an upgrade maybe a shaken espresso option, or a cold brew with cold foam, something for customers who dont want a mouth full of sweetness. It's hard to support a local business when the quality just isn't there and it cost significantly more than if I just drive up the street to Starbucks.
The steak fries were tasty.
The soups taste like they ve been simmering for hours.
The Papillion Beanery is a drive-thru only is why it's only 4 star for atmosphere The baristas always greet you with a smile and make a great Americano!

The coffee shop vibes make it a perfect study spot.
This coffee shop has a huge bug problem. Ordered coffee and it came with ants. Gross. The word on the street is this place has had a hug problem for quite a while. A call to the health department is happening. The Beanery is disgusting.

Decent iced latte—more syrup than coffee flavor. Good drive thru service. I would rethink the chai that is on the menu as it is no where near a staple coffee shop chai—viscosity and flavor was absolutely off.

Extremely bitter and acidic drip coffee. Not the way I want to wake up in the morning.

Coffee was great! We got a plain drip hot coffee and a blended mocha.
Service was quick too.

I sat in line over 25 minutes. I ordered an iced coffee drink, which cost over $6.00! As I left, I took a sip, the ice was melted & the drink was lukewarm 🤮 It was not drinkable. I'm guessing the milk had been setting out a while. What a waste of time & money. Never again!

Carmel Latte frozen is good and our dog likes getting a pup cup!
Food was expensive and nothing more than a microwaved breakfast burrito. Coffee was good though.

Wasn’t aware that they close at 7. Got there and the open sign was still on. I got there 2min before 7 and I was told that they are closing in two min and won’t take my order. I just wanted an ice coffee :(

I feel robbed after the last two visits. This place went from really good to the worst.
I've been visiting here for a year now, and used to like their coffee and service, so I had given them 5 stars initially. But I've to change that to 1 star.
The last couple of times, I ordered a medium hot latte. Both of the times, I got only half a cup of coffee which was room temperature, not even warm. This is what you get after spending 15 minutes in the drive thru and $6 on a coffee. Definitely not worth my time and money.
I gave them two chances last week, thinking that it can't go wrong twice, but I'm disappointed. Won't return back.
