The Papillion Taco Guy

Just ate at the Taco Guy in Papillion after the wait at Sauced was too long and we found a hidden gem. The menu is limited but if you are looking for a Taco that is delicious but not the same as every other Taco I recommend you give them a try!

We got to try one of each of the tacos at a game at Werner Park where they had a booth, and my husband and I both questioned why we haven't tried this business sooner! The employees working at their food stand were all welcoming and fun, and the tacos were all delicious! We will absolutely be repeat customers!

I’ve driven past this spot for at least six months—maybe even a year—and I seriously regret not stopping sooner. For around $14, I got three tacos with different meats, and every single bite was worth it. Their hot-hot sauce was chunky with a sweet, smoky tang that hit just right. This food was DANK. I’ll absolutely be back!

So the store is small. But don't let that discourage you. These taco pack a huge flavor. I walked in and my mouth just watered. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the tacos are. Mixture of sweet and savory just the right amount. It's a tad pricey for my budget so sadly I won't be able to get them as often as I'd like. But it's worth every penny. This place is a hidden gem in papillion.

The tacos here are outstanding. The smoky flavor on the meats and the hot hot sauce were a perfect combo. If you want a spectacular taco with a midwestern flare this is the spot!

The food was real good. We got 3 brisket and cheese tacos and fries with a soda. The tacos come loaded but we kept the simple since we shared with my son. The fries were a hit. They were perfect and the seasoning was outstanding. The service was fast and friendly. Everything seemed clean and in order.
