Pretty tasty tacos. Only downside is the cost, little pricey. 6 tacos (2 smoked chicken, 2 pork, 2 brisket) with tip was $40. Parking can be tough with street parking available.

I had puffy tacos last night (chicken, brisket, and pork). They were so delicious that I went back for 2 more pork tacos. The spicy chili sauce was offset by the sweet lime sauce and pico but it paired so perfectly. The pork tacos were definitely my favorite but the brisket and chicken were still so good. Definitely try this out!! You will not be displeased. You’ll end up havin seconds! lol

This is my go-to taco place. Catering is awesome as well. Use them all the time.

Yum. Great flavor for all the smoked meat choices for the tacos. Chicken, pork, and brisket all have nice flavor. The tortillas are lightly crisp. The vegetables tasted finely chopped. Everything was tasty in each bite. They have daily specials. The pricing is good for the quality and quantity of smoked meats in the tacos.

I would highly recommend The Papillion Taco Guy. Both the food and service are amazing. I have eaten both from his food truck and his store front and had great experiences in both. We recently had him cater our wedding and our experience was phenomenal.

5 for the flavor and texture of the chicken and they have two unique hot sauces. I liked the watery one. Friendly services and food is made to order. Small place but I enjoyed it so much I tried it twice while I was here.

Store bought flour tortillas barely warmed up. The meats were not warm, the cheese didn't even melt. The toppings were fresh and tasty though. The meats had what I would say were a hint of liquid smoke. The mild sauce is this watery vinegar dressing, the hot hot sauce was thick and hint of vinegar but I liked it. Definitely a white persons style of tacos

We decided to contact the Papillion Taco Guy to cater a lunch meeting in our office this week. We ordered smoked brisket and chicken tacos, elotes, and chips with queso. It was fantastic! Both of the meats were so delicious and tender - both trays were devoured by our group. The corn and queso were equally as good. When I arrived for pick-up, everything was ready to go and the owner helped load up my car. He provided us with more than plenty of accompaniments - lime crema, hot sauces, lettuce, pico, and shredded cheese. He also offered us serving utensils and warming trays which was much appreciated but we did not need them. Needless to say, it was a huge hit in our office. This place is definitely on our catering list for future events. What a great experience!

We used The Papillion Taco Guy for our wedding reception, this was the best decision! They have our favorite tacos, and the best brisket, so it was an easy choice selecting them for catering.

The planning process was smooth and easy! We had the reception at Kros Strain, Scott delivered and set everything up, he even came back to check on food levels, etc. He also brought a special sauce for my husband!

Everyone couldn't stop talking about the food! If you haven't tried the Taco Guy, do yourself a favor and go today!
