5 for the flavor and texture of the chicken and they have two unique hot sauces. I liked the watery one. Friendly services and food is made to order. Small place but I enjoyed it so much I tried it twice while I was here.

We decided to contact the Papillion Taco Guy to cater a lunch meeting in our office this week. We ordered smoked brisket and chicken tacos, elotes, and chips with queso. It was fantastic! Both of the meats were so delicious and tender - both trays were devoured by our group. The corn and queso were equally as good. When I arrived for pick-up, everything was ready to go and the owner helped load up my car. He provided us with more than plenty of accompaniments - lime crema,...

We used The Papillion Taco Guy for our wedding reception, this was the best decision! They have our favorite tacos, and the best brisket, so it was an easy choice selecting them for catering.

The planning process was smooth and easy! We had the reception at Kros Strain, Scott delivered and set everything up, he even came back to check on food levels, etc. He also brought a special sauce for my husband!
