I was in Indy for 10 days last week and got the blueberry bliss every morning loved it so found the same place here in town. Smoothie was not a smoothie it was blueberry flavored water with foam. Ohh and .16 more expensive (though that maybe tax) sorry won't be coming back to this location.
Manager was EXTREMELY rude because she was inconvenienced by having to put my açaí bowl in the freezer.
5 STARS! Smoothie and food were made perfectly-definitely met tropical smoothie standard💯. Owner-Kay is a bit direct and full send (grow some if you’re sensitive😜) but was efficient and attentive! Everything was made so fast, minimum wait time. I was impressed😎.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve tried their açaí bowls, several smoothies & snickerdoodle cookies. All are delicious! Service is excellent. The Asian lady that works there is super nice & helpful. I eat here at least once a week… it’s that good!

Hard to believe, but my daughter and I just discovered this restaurant, and we'll definitely be back! We ordered the Thai Chicken Salad and egg and sausage panini, plus a veggie smoothie and the Sunrise Smoothie. Both were delicious! The lady who waited on us was pleasant and courteous, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the restroom was very clean. Looking forward to returning and trying other menu items.

The owner is absolutely rude and we’re done going there. She got our order wrong, admitted we were right and then proceeded to argue with us in front of customers like it was our fault.
I don’t care what you rang us up for, you got it wrong and it’s on you to make it right. I see why there’s similar reviews of people receiving the same attitude.
She couldn’t even get our chip order right that was clearly printed on the receipt but didn’t want to have argue again cause apparently she doesn’t make mistakes.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as she’s not just an employee but the owner. As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer like that.
Edit to your response: Your poor response means nothing, you constantly say the same thing but continue to get the same reviews for the same reasons. Nothing changes about Kay’s attitude and how the place is ran.

My sister and I went in today before heading to the gym like we usually do on other days. We’ve never had a bad experience before, the food is great, the drinks are delicious and the costumer service is always the best when Wayne attends us. Today though, Kay,
the manager gave me a 5 minute lecture on why I should watch what I order and how I order it just because I asked for no tomato salsa in my baja chicken wrap when it clearly says on the menu “roasted tomatoes salsa” and proceeded to yell at me about how the wrap has no sort of tomatoes in it. Even after the 5 minute lecture she gave me, she still put tomatoes in my wrap when she was the one who said that the wrap didn’t even include tomatoes to start off with. The wrap that my sister got had eggs that were barely cooked and her smoothie was really watery. She was the only person working there so there’s no one else to blame. MAKE WAYNE THE NEW MANAGER!! he’s never given us a bad experience and makes us feel welcome every time we go. Once again, GET KAY OFF AS MANAGER AND GET MR WAYNE INNN !!

Wayne is the best! He always gives a positive experience, he also takes orders really well and is great at conversation. Kay on the other hand is really rude, she yelled at my little sister for politely asking for no tomato salsa on her baja chicken wrap. My sister asked for no tomato of any kind and Kay went ahead and added 2 slices of tomato when we clearly stated NO TOMATO. We should make Wayne the manager!

Went in to pick up an online order . The online order was 3 drinks and the other 3 items were food . The food that we ordered wasn’t modified whatsoever. When going to pick up the order the lady was super rude and kept saying “Ugh this is the hardest ordered I’ve ever had in my 16 years of working here” . I just tried to ignore her comment and she continued to talk about how annoying it was . When I finally received my order she said here get out “ NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE you provide as the “manager”

I went in there to order an açai bowl and a detox green smoothie. I did not realize that there was coconut within the açai bowl. Halfway through them making my bowl, I asked her if she could politely remove it because I am severely allergic to coconuts, and I did not see that on the menu.Her response was for me to take the coconut off myself. Once I got the bowl, I realize that the coconut was spread all the way to the bottom. I asked her to politely remake the bowl for me, and she aggressively picked up the bowl and used her hands with extremely thin gloves to scrape away all of the product within the bowl on the floor WITH HER NAILS while telling me how she doesn’t give refunds and doesn’t not remake any products. She said do something along the lines of “you get what you get”, and then asked me to never come back. Then, when I asked for a refund, she started screaming at me in front of the other customers and children that were there and refused to give me back my total amount. I ended up having to call security on her unfortunately. I tried my best to de-escalate the situation, and the other customers in the building agreed with me on that matter. I honestly would never go here anymore.I would never bring my children in this building as well.Even her employees came out to apologize to me, and said that they do not approve of her behavior.It was a sad scene to watch for her.

We waited ten minutes to be waited on while the workers were cleaning, taking out trash, ets. We arrived at 5:30 and the sign and website says they don’t close until 8. The workers were slamming things, ignoring customers.
Walked in to this location on 2/19/24 at around 6:30 PM with my family and the young man who was working there did not acknowledge our presence whatsoever. He clearly saw us but kept rushing back and forth in the kitchen area very flustered.I finally got his attention by asking him if he was the only person working and he said yes and said he just got a $600 order and was alone and overwhelmed. $600 order from this place seemed to be a stretch, but ok.We walked out very frustrated and disappointed. This was not near closing time, so there should have been more employees there. If you can’t provide a service as advertised then close the doors forever and move on or hire more staff. I don’t care about the short staffed excuses anymore. Close the business if you cannot operate properly.
