Went in to pick up an online order . The online order was 3 drinks and the other 3 items were food . The food that we ordered wasn’t modified whatsoever. When going to pick up the order the lady was super rude and kept saying “Ugh this is the hardest ordered I’ve ever had in my 16 years of working here” . I just tried to ignore her comment and she continued to talk about how annoying it was . When I finally received my order she said here get out “ NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE you provide as the “manager”

I went in there to order an açai bowl and a detox green smoothie. I did not realize that there was coconut within the açai bowl. Halfway through them making my bowl, I asked her if she could politely remove it because I am severely allergic to coconuts, and I did not see that on the menu. Her response was for me to take the coconut off myself. Once I got the bowl, I realize that the coconut was spread all the way to the bottom. I asked her to politely remake the bowl for me, and she aggressively picked up the bowl and used her hands with extremely thin gloves to scrape away all of the product within the bowl on the floor WITH HER NAILS while telling me how she doesn’t give refunds and doesn’t not remake any products. She said do something along the lines of “you get what you get”, and then asked me to never come back. Then, when I asked for a refund, she started screaming at me in front of the other customers and children that were there and refused to give me back my total amount. I ended up having to call security on her unfortunately. I tried my best to de-escalate the situation, and the other customers in the building agreed with me on that matter. I honestly would never go here anymore.I would never bring my children in this building as well.Even her employees came out to apologize to me, and said that they do not approve of her behavior. It was a sad scene to watch for her.

We waited ten minutes to be waited on while the workers were cleaning, taking out trash, ets. We arrived at 5:30 and the sign and website says they don’t close until 8. The workers were slamming things, ignoring customers.

Walked in to this location on 2/19/24 at around 6:30 PM with my family and the young man who was working there did not acknowledge our presence whatsoever. He clearly saw us but kept rushing back and forth in the kitchen area very flustered.I finally got his attention by asking him if he was the only person working and he said yes and said he just got a $600 order and was alone and overwhelmed. $600 order from this place seemed to be a stretch, but ok.We walked out very frustrated and disappointed. This was not near closing time, so there should have been more employees there. If you can’t provide a service as advertised then close the doors forever and move on or hire more staff. I don’t care about the short staffed excuses anymore. Close the business if you cannot operate properly.

The Chinese manager here Kay has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE this store must needed a manager bad to hire her because she is so unprofessional. She raises her voice at people, is not helpful at all when ordering, and is simply unprofessional. I received an açaí bowl with 10% açaí and 90% fruit. Not made as advertised and when i asked her about it she was rude, yelled at me, and wasn’t willing to help me. I will be filing a corporate complaint as well bc i believe this is franchised and need to be shutdown providing this poor customer service.

Went to Cafe in Papillion tonight. Ordered online. Got free smoothie from T-mobile life. Order kinda close to close I know, but lady had bad attitude. She called me rushing me there when I got lost and held up from accident. She kept saying I want to close and she still had 20 minutes. The drink was okay but could be better cause you can't taste ingredients in sunrise sunset. I didnt even get a straw in all the rush out.

Went to the one in Johnston and had a very nice experience. The smoothie was ok but the flatbread blew me away. Not to mention extremely competitive pricing

So many flavors to pick from! Would have been nice if they would let us use their restroom.

the guy with glasses and acne literally basically threw my change at me and then told the next customers he was ready like didn’t even give me a second to grab the change he threw at me.

My wife and I don't often visit this location because it is a bit of a drive, but we wanted to treat ourselves today. We have probably visited once every two months since May 2021, with no problems. Today my wife wanted to try the new Strawberry Daiquiri smoothie. It tasted like water, mostly, so save yourself and skip that one.I went to the young lady that served us and requested a refund. She told me she could not do that, "we didn't tell her to try that item". Okay, first that's a ridiculous response- but perhaps a credit or a remake? She told me she's never done that, but can get the manager on the phone. She calls the manager, explains the situation, then hands the phone to me.The manager, with a very thick accent, explains that they will not refund just because we didn't like the smoothie. Again, I asked if the protocol instead called for a credit or remake, something-anything? The manager states that she could "give me a discount" if I would like to buy another item. This is a terrible encounter so far, but I asked "what's the discount?" She said "well what do you want?" So I pick a random smoothie. She says okay let me talk to my employee.I hand the phone back and they talk it out. They determine that I can have a $3 discount (on an $8 smoothie). I say okay and the cashier hangs up on the manager. I tell the cashier, who didn't look any older than a highschooler, that none of this is necessary. This whole thing is highly unusual and frankly irresponsible for the manager to be teaching this kind of service to kids.We will not be coming back until the next change in management. Whenever that is. Skip this location and go to the South 168th Ave location, owned by a better management.

Went in for the first time ever today. The man at the register was very nice, let me know it would be a few minutes. I took a seat at an open table (almost all tables were empty) and waited patiently. The woman working with him was awful. She came out and yelled at him about something with another customers order. A few minutes later, she handed a drink to another customer at the register, which I thought was odd because I’d been waiting for mine for about 10 minutes and this customer had just ordered. About a minute after that, the lady looked at me, threw her hands in the air, and started YELLING at me. Asking me what I ordered, telling me it was ready, why was I just sitting there, get up and get my drink. Which, by the way, was the drink she’d handed to the other customer. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life, and even after I left, the customer came out and told me she’d continued yelling at me after I left. All because I ordered a drink and sat down to wait for it. And tipped for it, too, which I now wish I hadn’t. Worst service I’ve ever experienced, ever.

Some of the best smoothies around! Always courteous and quick with our order too. Been getting smoothies regularly here for years now!
